We Have Candy is the closest they’ve come to capturing the vibe of one of their live shows.
It’s chaotic, funny, weird, and comes from a place of musical competence.
Banana Brain is meh to me. It would be good live but that’s about it.
Man, what a weird fucking group that I highly recommend seeing live if they’re near you. DJ Hi-Tek is really under appreciated.

Can someone explain to me what the appeal is of these guys? I listened to a couple songs and it was honestly some of the worst music I’ve ever heard. Now, if you wanna spend your money on good music, the new king 810 comes out the 16th as well.

So like, you want someone else… to explain to YOU why YOU don’t like something…? Hmm… I dunno.
But to your point, they’re kinda hit or miss. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve encountered anyone that LOVES every track of every album and there are many out there that REALLY like them but will still admit that Yolandi’s voice can get a little… unnerving.
While subjective, they’re visual art styles are quite kick ass as well…

No, I thought maybe I was missing something about it that would have made me think of it differently. Like alot of people I’ve converted into juggalos just didn’t get it until I started explaining the jokers cards and the meaning of it to em. Then they started listening more and it clicked. I guess I’m just trying to figure out how these guys were the most requested act for the gathering because listening to em, I don’t think the juggalos I knew back in the 90s would want anything to do with it. Just seems way too corny. So either juggalos as a group have drastically changed over the years or I’m missing the point.

But it is not the 90’s. And I hope we have drastically changed over the years. I hate when subcultures stagnate in an era and don’t evolve. I like DA, but since taste in music is subjective, I know not everyone will like it. You like King 810 and say it is good music. I do not like them and would not consider their music good. Again subjective. Whether you are missing the point or not? I don’t know. Maybe there is no point. I don’t get into the “point” of ICP songs. I am not into the story or saga or any of that. I like the music, plain and simple. That’s the great thing about art, the beholder determines the value and meaning and only for themselves.
