I imagine it will be pretty much extortion, for what you get. Youd be better putting that money into PR or marketing, rather than trying to use other artists as a platform to reach more fans. Unless you genuinely are just doing a passion project and you arent expecting to gain anything from it.

People who buy careers by purchasing features, like Intrinzik and Bukshot, have to do this by investing an absolute fortune and need to consistently purchase these features, over multiple projects, to create the illusion of legitimacy and usually have to continue to do so for the rest of their “careers”. No one comes up off the back of a feature. Thats not me saying not to do this shit, just dont expect anything from it. If youre going to do it, do it because youve got the spare money and itd be cool to be on a song with your favorite artists, not because you think youll gain anything.

Just my personal opinion and genuine advice.  

Word nobody wants to put in the work and build their own fanbase. Reminds me how everyone use collab with Tech N9ne and/or Mars hoping they would blow.

There has been many times that I heard a guest on a track and thought they sounded dope so I did some listening and found a new artist I enjoy. This doesn’t work that way though because nobody is going to listen to your shitty music just because monoxide spits some rhymes for 30 seconds. So yeah like others said it’d be a for fun type thing or a waste of money. I waste lots of money and if I could rap I’d prob do it if the price wasn’t crazy. For fun. It would be almost like you made a song together.
