Best Twiztid album closer?
- Renditions of Reality
- LDLHA-IBCSYWA
- Darkness
- Woe Woe
- All the Rest
- I'm Alright
- You're the Reazon
- Wasted, Pt. 2
- Monstrosity
- The Exorcism
- Mind Goes Mad
- End of Days
- If They Don't Come for Me
- Monsters' Ball
- Note 2 Self
- The Argument
- Light n' Truth
You can pick two, since there’s so many. I honestly can’t make up my mind. Personally, live, I wish they would switch it up though. It’s always been the Abominationz closer for the past 3 years, with the Mostasteless closer on a rare occasion. I understand keeping up with the times, but a change would be nice. Actually, their entire setlist being overhauled would be nice. But that’s for another discussion.

Man thats a three way toss up for me. This is actually one of the hardest polls I’ve seen on here honestly (IMO). Its a toss up between Im alright, Darkness, and LDLHA IBCSYWA.

lessee… definitely renditions of reality at number one. that song goes on the ‘soundtrack of my life’, if you will.
after that, it gets really hard to pick the second one. i went with woe woe, mostly cuz its got a lot of impact from the stage, even though thats true of a bunch of em.
so basicly, renditions, follow by a slew of ‘tied for second’ tracks.
awfully paranoid, arent you?
I went with reditions of reality and love dont live here anymore just because it has a deep meaning with me.. However I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD STOP CLOSING SHOWS WITH IT, I get all hyped and shit, then just leave depressed as a motherfucker.. Where’s Ouiji board? i thought that was the closer to The Darkness..

It was a really tough choice, but I had to go with LDLHA-IBCSYWA. That song hit me hard at a point in my life and has a lot of memories attached to it. It was a toss-up between LDLHA and I’m Alright. Kind of an odd choice considering, as I’ve previously stated on these forums, W.I.C.K.E.D. is my favorite album by Twiztid.

1. Renditions of Reality… one of the best albums on the Psychopathic label ever. The HOK “Slip Into Reality” was great, too, but this one had layers of sound. Just a classic track.
2. You’re the Reason… Mirror Mirror was a very important album for a certain lonely segment of my life. I honestly don’t think the songs would impact me the same way if they were released today. But this was a great track, and they closed with it in Raleigh NC before an encore with “Broken Wings”.
3. Darkness… perfect track about the isolation of being a musician. I just wish it were longer,.. also, Jonathan Davis of Korn declined Twiztid’s offer to feature on this track, but did remark that he “loved it” after hearing it. That’s tight.
4. LDLHA-IBCSYWA… an addicting little ballad. One of the best parts of Abominationz. Unfortunately, this is when I began to admit to myself that I frequently dislike Monoxide’s vibes, and his voice itself started to bug me around this point. Still a great song with great verses. Love can be so cold.
5. I’m Alright… used to love this.more, but Freekshow in general has become a bit juvenile-sounding to me over the years. I don’t dig the whole suicidal concept either, but still love it.
6. Woe Woe… my second favorite Twiztid album, but not my favorite closer. Lots of passion and it is still very solid.
7. Monster’s Ball… ISNT THE CLOSER, in my mind. It is “Bury Them All”, and that track.is phenomenal… I’d put it in.the.top five.closers, but since Monster’s Ball is the option, I love that shit too. A great Monoxide verse with the pickup fulla werewolves. This is the epitome of a perfect Halloween party jam. Spooky, darkly funny, gruesome and creative. Just wish Billy Bob Thornton came through with his verse.
8. If They Don’t Come For Me… I love the beat, and Jamie’s rhymes. Cool chorus.
9. Light N Truth… I like the Dan the Automator beat from Dr. Octagon, and Jamie works well with it here. Weird.chorus. Made when Mono was seeking help for.panic attacks.
10. End of Days… solid heavy track. Has a fitting apocalyptic tone.
11. Note 2 Self… this is where I start to not like thr tracks that much. This is Jamie at his emo worst for me. This would fit on Heartbroken & Homicidal.
12. The Argument and All the Rest… fuck these songs. I can’t relate, maybe. They are interchangable. Just catchy enough to warrant a full playthrough. I hate the female vocalist’s contributions. Stupid shit songs, lol
The rest either I don’t remember hearing.or haven’t heard at all.

I guess the results were kinda expected, but I’m surprised there isn’t more love for You’re the Reazon. That EP to me is the best shit Twiztid has pushed out by far. And with these little full album shows, I’m really hoping they don’t skip to just Green Book.
And thank god people agree they need to change their live closer. A lot of their songs would work out.
