I didnt either, then prj told me to email customer service about it, then three days later i got the confirmation. I’m sure prj will pop in here n tell u what to do shortly. PRJ FOR ADMIN

You should pay more attention to social media. Apparently their databases had crashed last weekend sometime and a LOT of people never got confirmation. So you have to email them and let them know.

Now on the other hand I got my purchase confirmation, and I haven;t gotten any shipping information yet. I live in the south, that shit should have shipped a couple days ago to get here by the 30th. 

i emailed their customer service on the 24th, all i got back was “wait for your confirmation email” still dont have it and the album comes out in 3 days, fucking amateurs, same hatchet gear bullshit, different name, done with these motherfuckers. They made a big stink about how they are handling their shit differently………………Aint a goddamn thing different, at least hatchetgear had the excuse of running out of the free shit, they arent even offering anything free with this…………Fuck this

also i would rather have hatchet gear not respond then to have twiztid-shop respond to basically say “We are too lazy to actually look it up,fuck you,keep waiting”

cant wait to see the excuse they give for this, i am sure it will be Joe Bruce’s fault. @Chris I had to email them when I first ordered mine because the email I was sent said failed delivery and they emailed me back within an hour and told me my order was fine.
