You should pay more attention to social media. Apparently their databases had crashed last weekend sometime and a LOT of people never got confirmation. So you have to email them and let them know.

Now on the other hand I got my purchase confirmation, and I haven;t gotten any shipping information yet. I live in the south, that shit should have shipped a couple days ago to get here by the 30th. 

i emailed their customer service on the 24th, all i got back was "wait for your confirmation email" still dont have it and the album comes out in 3 days, fucking amateurs, same hatchet gear bullshit, different name, done with these motherfuckers. They made a big stink about how they are handling their shit differently..................Aint a goddamn thing different, at least hatchetgear had the excuse of running out of the free shit, they arent even offering anything free with this............Fuck this

also i would rather have hatchet gear not respond then to have twiztid-shop respond to basically say "We are too lazy to actually look it up,fuck you,keep waiting"

cant wait to see the excuse they give for this, i am sure it will be Joe Bruce's fault. Its clear that Joe is this Machiavellian Evil Genius that has so many contacts that he can disrupt all lines of transport and business, or maybe he hacked into their computers and diverted all the money from pre orders into his own bank account so he can pay for the abortions for his underage mistresses, while he holds a gun to jamie and pauls head and forces them to sign NDA's

@Chris I had to email them when I first ordered mine because the email I was sent said failed delivery and they emailed me back within an hour and told me my order was fine. Ive had mad issues with HG over the years. They never email back, they never answered phones or returned messages. I used to only use HG if I absolutely had too...
