Actually I did not intend on derailing most threads that I do derail.
The original derailment from this thread was me responding to a response of a response of an off topic statement. It’s more like a branch of conversation coming from the main conversation tree that is the Twiztid EP. Yes, sometimes I do post random shit, but this is not one of those times and I don’t do it as often as you imply.
My whole point is that even though I did start a whole branch that extends far beyond the original tree of conversation doesn’t mean that I’m the sole culprit of threads that go off topic. Like you implied. And that you too start whole new branches of conversation from the main tree as well.
Though you usually don’t post random shit like I sometimes do. I mean, it’s actually the recentness of my few random shit posts that gives the illusion of me posting random shit all the time.
On top of all that, the people that post random stupid shit (Randy Gall, Twiztidhaterxxx2) rarely even derail threads, it’s usually grudge matches that derail threads which you could pin point to me, Pat Joyce, Twiztidhaterxxx2 (recently), Novocaine, Warlock, LTB, iLLtheClown, The Almighty Smack etc. Hell, you used to when you’d shit talk Warlock all the time too.

I’m really not sure how the fallacies stated have anything to do with your opinion either. It was just one person pointing out, in agreement, that something was a fallacy and I pointed out how it reminds me of a different fallacy and now you’re trying to drag in to something it had nothing to do with. Plus, stating opinions is an easy way to derail a topic too. Because if you’re aloud to state an opinion that we are aloud to state our opinions on your opinion though most of us tend to agree with your opinion.
Unless on a previous page you said something about how people are not “real juggalos” or something like that.

twiztid had this great idea for a fan club. basicly, you paid them a hundred bucks or somethin, and youre in the club.
oh, theyd have given free shit and news updates and whatnot, but that was the gist of it.
then they changed their minds, and made it free.
then it kind of faded away, probably when they realized what a pain in the ass it is to keep track of a mailing list in the age of facebook and twitter.

The Fam Club is/was a terrible idea to you but not everyone there were plenty of fans who liked the idea and were supportive (although not enough for Twiztid to continue it). For the Record: I did not and was not planning on joining the TFC. If you want to stand up against them then do not spend your money on what they offer. Why worry about what others do with their money?

It has nothing to do with taking anything personally, there is just no point of wasting either of our times posting about. No matter what i say you will still hate the idea of the TFC and i really am not against it or for it.
You are looking at this as a fan, i look at this like a business owner. Twiztid are in business to make money, so there for they make stuff that they think people will buy.
The decision to launch a fam club i believe was influenced by the amount of support juggalos were showing them when they left Psychopathic Records and the success of Madchild’s BaxWar Movement.
Twiztid was trying to do two things with their fam club, first make money that one is simple, second i think they seen the fam club as a way to give the “diehard” fans something to join.

Why worry about what others do with their money?
This is really the only thing I disagree with. I worry because:
Twiztid are in business to make money, so there for they make stuff that they think people will buy.
Therefore, if people spend money on stupid shit, Twiztid will officially in the business of making stupid shit. Whereas, I felt Twiztid was always a grassroots band that had a close relationship with their fans prior to this.
And it’s not exclusive to Twiztid either. I have this discussion all the time with people. They go to see a movie to “see how bad it is.” Then the next summer there’s like, 4 movies just as bad or worse.
Now in 2014, I feel like every movie is a damn spoof.
You do need to worry about what people spend their money on. 100%.
You can not control what others spend money on no matter how much you may want to. Some people will always buy “stupid” shit or go see “shitty” movies. So, what is the point of worrying about it?, when ultimately there is nothing you can do but not buy/see it. You buy and support what you can and/or want to. Just avoid the “stupid” stuff.

No one fully knows Twiztids plan for the fam club because the people did not support the idea, so it was quickly scrapped. See no matter what either of us say this could keep going and going and going.
