There are 19 Rydas. That's wild.

I think this is an incredibly whack and unoriginal idea, but I can't deny that the songs are some of the dopest things to come from MNE for a long time.

As disappointed as ive been when it comes to Twiztid these past 5ish years (and im talking musically) this project is just plain fun to listen to. They all kill it for the most part and the beat selections are crazy. When that Liquid Swords beat started i shat on myself.

My main problem with Twiztid's music (recently) has been the sooper lame beats. But this shit is good.

Also the ICP shout out was really cool and seemed genuine.

Here is the track where Madrox shouts out the original Psychopathic Rydas:

There are a lot of motherfuckers on these songs. I forgot about The Underground Avengers or whatever they are called. So there will be many moments of casual listeners like myself going "wait, who the hell is that?".

Despite my shit talking, this is okay so far. I really enjoy Gordy on the songs the most. I believe him to be among the most talented emcee on the MNE label. Lex stood out as well, as in, I actually knew who he was after a few seconds and felt he rapped great. Some guy on there after the 8 minute mark either didn't have time to write a decent rhyme or he just sucks.

I'm glad ABK isnt on this, though. I love that dude and dont want to hear him involved in this stupid project that sounds good

So the consensus seems to be the album is pretty decent, but it is a stupid idea?

If this were ICP, Hoodoo, Ouija would it still be considered a stupid idea?

Good Call. Id have to say its a whack idea but if it came out awesome id still acknowledge it. Folks might not like it now but Twiztid was just as integral to that group as ICP was. Same as Dark Lotus. Even if ICP came up with the initial idea (which they probably did) the end product of both is, at the end of the day, a collaboration.

The Lotus and Rydas we all know and love is ICP AND Twiztid. Period.

First question: yes, absolutely. And why is that such a weird opinion? Good intentions, maybe bad ideas like fuckin fine Neden laced with gonorrhea. . . But seriously, when Boondox was revealed as a rapping scarecrow, I thought it was going to be the most embarrassing, stupid event in Psychopathic Records history. It still kind of is, man. A rapping scarecrow. But Boondox is actually pretty good.

Second question: yes, absolutely. Lil' Rydas is pretty dumb, too. As well as Villainous Five or Myzery making his own sub-Rydas. It is all unoriginal duplication. But I bet all of them are or would be decent. Shit, the idea of two dudes wearing clown makeup and rapping and spraying ghetto soda and fucking fat bitches is stupid. But it is quite fresh.

Liked the album, also feel like the shout out on "Ima be a Ryda" was genuine, as he named Esham, Myzery and ABK as well. Let's see if there ever will be a reaction to it.

I wasnt feelin the new Lotus cause ICP are integral members of that group..

but since I was always fine with Myzery doing solo ryda albums, I'm fine with this new ryda group.. thats a shit-load of rappers tho.. when you got that many, youre basically sayin "who gives a fuck about actually developing our characters/gimmicks.. hell that many rappers is a gimmick in itself..

remember when the rydas performed with a bunch of random extras chillin & shootin dice?? now they can do that with everyone rapping, lol.. also, they could pull a bone thugs & perform in several cities at once, haha..

definitely gonna listen.. & i think the lil rydas is/was a good idea..

& it'd be fresher if ICP wait to do their next ryda project with twiztid tho..

Yup, I think it's everybody but both GV guys.  And I don't know that I heard Claas but he isn't super distinct sounding so I might have just not noticed. what about the alter egos?

Anyway, I dont have any way to tell who is who unless they are Twiztid, Blaze, King Gordy, GMO Skee, Boondox, Lex, The ROC, AMB or like one or two of the AXE guys.

I was pleased with it. The bouncy energy and deep-cut beat selection made it feel like classic Rydas, in spirit if not execution. I really feel like A.X.E. carries the album. They embraced the gimmick and you can tell they're having fun with it, plus the black humor paired with thug exaggerations I feel like are a fitting stopgap for Bullet and Full Clip's absence.

On the flip side I feel like G-mo's verses could have been cribbed from anything else from his catalogue. Same goes for Bukshot, and even Lex too lil bit and I fucking love Lex. These are only minor complaints. The same might actually he said for Gordy but he's already so smooth on the raw talent and versatility that the execution is still cohesive.

All of Sean Law's ideas are hyper dope, and a Rydas turf war concept album would be next level sick. Just let the whole gang go ham on eachother, bring in the Lil Rydas for extra flavor to join in and stack up with all the new faces. Put it all on one disc on a brand new Joe&Joey-style dummy label so the Petty Betty's wouldn't know which direction to squawk and bitch at. It's an idea so fucking amazing that there's no way it would come to pass.
