I was pleased with it. The bouncy energy and deep-cut beat selection made it feel like classic Rydas, in spirit if not execution. I really feel like A.X.E. carries the album. They embraced the gimmick and you can tell they're having fun with it, plus the black humor paired with thug exaggerations I feel like are a fitting stopgap for Bullet and Full Clip's absence.

On the flip side I feel like G-mo's verses could have been cribbed from anything else from his catalogue. Same goes for Bukshot, and even Lex too lil bit and I fucking love Lex. These are only minor complaints. The same might actually he said for Gordy but he's already so smooth on the raw talent and versatility that the execution is still cohesive.

All of Sean Law's ideas are hyper dope, and a Rydas turf war concept album would be next level sick. Just let the whole gang go ham on eachother, bring in the Lil Rydas for extra flavor to join in and stack up with all the new faces. Put it all on one disc on a brand new Joe&Joey-style dummy label so the Petty Betty's wouldn't know which direction to squawk and bitch at. It's an idea so fucking amazing that there's no way it would come to pass.

I agree with this quite a bit...really didn't have a problem with any of Twiztid, A.X.E., or Blaze's contributions to the album...the others?...I didn't hate their shit but just feel like they weren't really necessary and didn't establish their Ryda aliases enough for their contributions to matter much outside of the random feel of not knowing who's gonna pop in for a verse...feel like the project just would have been stronger as a whole had they kept it to the first guys I mentioned idk...all in all I was way more impressed with it than I thought I'd be

I went into this not wanting to like it but I can't help it. It feels like a fuckin' rydas album! Could it be better? Sure, but it's pretty damn good on the first listen. Since most people don't make this style of music anymore it kinda sounds like rydas always has. Something about Lil Shank too, him talking shit all over the record will always sound dope. I ain't been really keepin' up with any music for a few years, so I only recognized the original rydas, amb, roc, g-mo, gordy and lex. (The latter 3 I never got into but have respect for.) I think amb and g-mo could have said cooler ganster shit but it was still ill. The beats were ill and everyone said some pretty cool shit. One dude sounded (no offense) soooo fuckin white. No offense to white people but even V-Ice put on an accent, c'mon. He even ended one of his verses saying nigga. But on a nostalgic level it felt like John Kickjazz at times, in a good way. And one of the A.X.E. dudes (I think) sounds just like Bullet/VJ at times, from the voice to the cadence to the rhyme style, just a bit more gravelly. Overall though if you fuck the old shit you should probably fuck with this. I give it like a 3.5-4.0/5.0

I noticed one guy or two had a J-type rasp to him, also.

I always thought Yung Dirt (Boondox) did well on the previous Rydas and wish he was used more here.

Speaking of V-Ice, he would be a cool fit to a Rydas track or three. Still waiting on that Psychopathic album there, Mr. Vanwinkle.

The guy you are talking about that "sounded white" may have been the dude I was talking about that just simply sucked. Amateur rhymes and delivery. Can't remember the track.

Agreed about Lil' Shank. Think about it... Madrox was always the stand out Ryda on the OG efforts. He even performed most of the skits.

Where the fuck was Big Daddy Coconut? Would've been a dope return.

You're right, it is multiple dudes with the J flow.

If I'm not mistaken this is Big Daddy Coconut

Il keep it 100. IMO Twizzler doin Rydas is corny to me because it once again shows that they are really lacking any original ideas. having said that....this album is actually pretty fuckin good. The best TWIZTID have sounded post Psychopathic IMO. Especially Madrox. The only thing that keeps this album from being a classic 'Rydas' album is so many of the MNE dudes sound super awkward and out of place on this.

word...Twiztid, Blaze, A.X.E., and even Gordy sounded pretty great on everything...had they picked a few more east coast type beats to use I think Lex could have been utilized better...he kills it on his mixtape stuff rapping over those east coast industry beats just didn't feel like he got a real chance to shine on here...could have done without guys like Redd, Bukshot, AMB altogether tbh

I have to disagree there...I went in assuming they'd be out of place but thought they brought the gangsta vibes and their flows were perfect for the songs they were on...We Violent is fire mostly because of them...I do think 1 of them sounded a bit out of place but the other two brought their A game

also fuck is up with the numerous Bird Box references on this? lmao were they just watching this shit in the studio nonstop while making the record?...Mono mentions it at one point and later on so does Lex or G-Mo lol

Does anyone have a list of the beats used? Only two I recognized was the Kriss Cross one and Natural Born Killers by Dr Dre and Ice Cube.

I'll have to wait and see how this album ages. I will say I'm digging it way more then Eat Shit and Die.

I refuse to listen to this bullshit... but I watched a juggalo's youtube review about it and they said that before Jamie Gives props, in 3 other songs... they diss ICP... and only juggalos who understand Whats really goin' on would understand and recognize the disrespect, and i watched the video and i listened to what this ninja said... and yeah to me the whole "tha rydas are givin' bullet & full clips props" propaganda is bullshit, No they dissed them in 3 other songs...

Well I'm sayin' Fuck you Twiztid. i ain't gonna listen to your bullshit rydas album, Monoxide came out of the closet as an eminem fan and to me that's it... you're done... FUCK you! fuck you for life!... Then you go on adam22lamejumper podcast talking about how much you love eminem... Fuck you again, BITCH! real juggalos don't bump that bullshit, never have, never will...

you dissed eminem back in the day and LIED about it, YOU ARE LIARS!!!... not to mention you betrayed ICP & the juggalos when it came to Fighting back against the F.B.I. ... like a couple of cowards, Fuck you for that again

then Signing young wicked after he Lied and Lied, and Lied some more to Jumpsteady and J about Samantha... A Big EXTRA FUCK YOU for that... signing young otis out of spite for your hatred for ICP... and we all know George Vlahakis said what he said to get paid... He played you twiztid, now he's laughing all the way to the bank, while you make Emo rock music with a fucking poster boy Drummer for what an emo fag is, crying about your ex girlfirends then You sign an Uncle Tom named g-mo skee... who's cornier than hopsin! hahahaha!!!!! hahaha!

by the way Jamie Madrox, I pissed on your fathers grave! fuck your family

For the love of God please form your own opinions. Don't just do whatever juggatube bs says. They're just assholes with a camera. They don't know shit. They are just trying to make a name off other people's work by stirring drama.

Spange is just loyal to a fault. He can't help it. But I would at least force myself to listen to it before regurgitating someone else's opinion. But hey we're all entitled to our opinions.

This. Although I feel like Lex would've just shown more of the same symptoms I mentioned earlier, since he's already pretty street as far as content goes.

And SPANGE, Mono didn't out himself as an Eminem fan. He was a contemporary of his in the Detroit underground. Marshall didn't end up opening for House of Krazees by accident. They knew eachother. I do think the backpedaling in those interviews as far as their involvement in the Psy vs Em beef was weak bootlicking to try and earn a potential collab. On the flipside, the Em beef is dead as fuck and it's silly to parade around the corpse. This is coming from someone who disliked Eminem before the Juggalo shit was ever a factor, just another reason this life was a good fit for me at the time. Also:

"I refuse to listen to an album but I'll listen to somebody on the internet who did and base my opinions on what he says" Dude...Don't do that. Like ever. It's better to just boycott something all together based on your own personal objections and leave it alone. That's like saying "I'm perfectly fine with a stranger havng an experience, doing the thinking and drawing the conclusions for me." There's no harm in listening. There's no Joker's Card whose stated mission is to appear and revoke your Juggalo License if you do. Hell, you can go into something with hater bias, knowing and wanting to hate it, hate listening to it, and come back talking cash hater shit on it and at least you have the integrity of having listened to it.

I actually do get the loyalty aspect behind the #NotMyRydas boycott- because unlike other dumb shit done in the name of "loyalty" in the culture it doesn't hurt or disparage anyone. I also get that for some people it's a convenient out so they don't have to take a risk on trying something they don't want to like and end up liking anyway.
