- Working for Psychopathic made Blaze hate rapping, he said it felt like a burden working for them.

- Blaze thinks Gang Rags Reborn flopped.

- Blaze does not want to work with ABK or put out a Drive By record anytime soon.

- Prozak will do a collabo with him for free, Violent J and Shaggy will not it seems.

- Looks like we could get a Zodiac Mprint album later this year.

- Scottie D's interview skills were on point, great job!

cool

How do you get the fact that Blaze doesn't want to work with ABK? Just because he said he has nothing in the works for Grundy Entertainment?

Other than that, thanks for the recap, and the props!

Out of everyone at MNE, Blaze is the one I take the most interest in. Gang Rags Reborn was the shit, much better than the first one.

Good interview . The only album I haven't liked from Blaze is the first gang rags.  I think clockwork Gray is a top five release from psy

Scottie definitely steppin up his interviewing skills, he aint Howard Stern status yet... but he could get there, lol. This was a fun watch... now I regret not submitting questions. All of a sudden Im wondering after 15 years in the game... how many more years does he think he have left in him... also wtf does he plan on doing after retiring? lol

he never said he hated working at psychopathic, he said he was frustrated where he was, that could of had alot to do with more than just the label, he was going through personal stuff

and he does not ONCE mention icp wont work for free, but why should they?

Twiztid have been bitching about not getting paid enough to play the gathering

if icp came to twiztid or blaze, 100% guarantee they would charge the fuck outta them

When you tried to ask him if Grundy Ent. and Native World would work together again soon, Blaze started to make all these funny faces, like he was mad uncomfortable. He then told you that his current mindframe is to "focus on his solo career", saying Juggalos wanted more of "just Blaze".

Yet when you asked him about Zodiac Mprint later on, Blaze got all excited, and revealed to you that R.O.C. is mad hype about the idea, and has been dusting off some old Zodiac Mprint beats. Blaze left the door wide open for that to happen.

I remember Monoxide and ABK had huge beef back in the day.

Maybe it all boils down to Paul not wanting to put out a Majik Ninja record with ABK "lisping all over it", to quote one of the disses Monoxide threw Killa's way.

It was a cool interview. I didn't pick up on any animosity towards the hatchet or anybody. He sounds like he's been in a rut and had come out of it while working on the new album. If that rut were caused by psychopathic or not is conjecture.

There was a lot going on in that hotel room I guess.  My wife was filming, Dustin was laying down watching it all go down, and I was going back and forth between watching Blaze for his responses and looking at my next questions.  I am nervous behind the camera, so I guess it sometimes shows.

No, no sex tapes my friend. lol.

@dramaman127 As far as the Lex interview, I am still editing it together (had some audio issues) and have been asked to post it Monday.  Little sneak tidbit is that they are releasing Lex's 2nd track this week! So stay tuned!

To Chris,Tidwell, and Cheshyr-

If you expected Blaze to come right out and say "Fuck Violent J", that shit ain't gonna happen in the Psychopathic/ Majik Ninja era we all now live in.

The disses towards Blaze's former employer are scattered throughout the interview, you just got to know your history to connect the dots.

For instance,  Blaze started to rave about how going into the studio to record his first new album at Majik Ninja was the most fun he had in ages, because lately rapping into a microphone was starting to feel like a straight up burden, he hated it so much.

We all know what label Blaze was recording at for like 20 years before Majik Ninja.

Do the math. Blaze felt being on the Hatchet was starting to suck, and felt like a burden to him.

I'm sure J10 was telling the truth about a lot of shit in relation to Blaze vs. Violent J in that lost Faygoluver's interview......

I think a lot of Juggalos are aware that Blaze wasn't too happy at Psy near the end of his run.
No need for him to point it out of make subtle hints to it in the interview.
I don't think he did...

I think Blaze was just trying to be honest without sounding like an asshole towards Psy.
