There is no SINGLE piece of "evidence" [in this case] that would represent the "smoking gun" expected to be produced as part of a criminal investigation...

This case is literally a war of words... not knives with bloody fingerprints...

If you are that desperate to have one on me, then there, you can have that. But the bolded bit of the whole quote you took out of context was in the document.

It was dismissed because they can't prove that the gang assessment had anything to do with any of the alleged harassment because of juggalos being on local lists for much longer than that gang assessment, as mentioned earlier and the fact that there have been many news stations reporting juggalos as a gang prior to the assessment.
