Some of yall need to learn the definition of an assessment. Perhaps actually listen to what Mono said. He never denied the assessment, he clearly stated that the assessment is not a list, it's an assessment on gang activity. Reading the fucking disclaimer at the beginning of the assessment it clearly states that it includes gangs that work on a state level, which would clearly be juggalos, since they have been on local lists for half a decade prior with NONE OF YOU GIVING A FUCK! So literally nothing changed between 2005 and now because of it other than ICP got tons of publicity for presenting themselves as freedom fighters.

And did you guys read that document? Did you read why they dismissed the case? I bet not. I did. I read that whole fucking thing. It was dismissed because they can't prove that the gang assessment had anything to do with any of the alleged harassment because of juggalos being on local lists for much longer than that gang assessment, as mentioned earlier and the fact that there have been many news stations reporting juggalos as a gang prior to the assessment. They did not bring in the officers, venue owners or military recruiters to question their motives. None of the cases were 'life ruining'.

King, you raise some very good points. And Chuck had a very good video starting at 22 minutes showing how Jessica was determined to not be a gang member or a criminal herself, but that she still likely cost herself her job due to her own questionable behaviour. That was a very important document Chuck found and I'm glad he did. That document does back up what Twiztid has been saying about people needing to watch their own behaviour before jumping to conclusions that they are being oppressed just because of their being a Juggalo.  

I've been harassed by cops for it back from 2006-11. It is shitty, and annoying and juggalos shouldn't be on any local lists neither straight edgers because they are on the local lists here too. It was never that bad though, and in all honesty I've seen the behavior that causes it. There are juggalo gangs. What are they supposed to do about it? Let it happen? If anything THAT should be a discussion juggalos should be having. What should law enforcement do about juggalo gangs? Or gangs that use the juggalo banner, symbols and style as their identity?

I was put into the local police gang files in my home county back like 2005. Long before the FBI list existed.

I also used to get jumped by real gang members back in high school becasue they too considered Juggalos a rival gang, again years before the FBI list.

This stuff does exist. However, I tend to agree with Twizzler on this one, it's always been "fuck the law" as long as i can remember. The march was a corny stupid ass fuckin idea. Marching accomplished absolutely nothing, except modern day exposure for ICP. In that sense was a brilliant plan. Look how many high profile interviews they got the week surrounding the march. Anyone who can't see this is blind af. Now I did attend the march, but NOT to support the cause, but simply because D.C. is only 2 1/2 hours from me and seeing the clowns perform in front of the Lincoln Memorial and hanging with Juggalo homies all day was the shit! 

Now march bullshit aside, Twiztid still showed their true colors yet again. And now any fool that tries to say "oh ICP lies to manipulate Juggalos" but then jocks Twiztid must now realize Twiztid had been caught doing exactly the same thing.

I call him a genius because he is. I call him a god for comedic value. I've also very openly said that I'd never vote him as president when he announced because he'd make a terrible president. And that he has mental issues. And that what he said about radio head was arrogant bullshit. And I strongly disagree with his rant on how he'd vote for Trump. So, nice try, but sorry you failed again.

I think I'm better than any sheep that buys their identity. Including juggalos, goth kids, emos, straight edgers, hipsters, back packers, etc. Especially because of how hypocritically arrogant the members act for superficial reasons.

It was dismissed on the basis that the case could not difinitively PROVE using the standards of American Law that the "assessment", as you wanna hook onto, could definitively prove a DIRECT negative impact.

Your constant "law knowledge" sounds like it comes from watching too much CSI...

I'd advise going back to your "esteemed" college teachers to refresh your recall of the tenants of a defendant proving the legal definition of CAUSATION as it applies to IMPACT.
