CPN's latest.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jkqd2aESA_Y

Here are some of my summaries. I will add as time goes on.

18:24

CPN disputes Chuck Reeves’ saying the lawsuit was only a FOIA request to find out why Juggalos were put on the gang assessment list and called a hybrid gang. The FBI did not respond to the court order, so the lawsuit was pursued harder.

21:08

CPN says that at a Gathering the lawyer-lo or jugglao lawyer had an update on the lawsuit a few years ago. That the documents were released. CPN gave a link to said documents in the description.
https://www.muckrock.com/news/archives/2013/mar/07/fbi-reveals-why-it-labeled-insane-clown-posse-gang/

21:21
So the documents are out and THAT PART of the lawsuit is over.

21:17
CPN also says faygoluvers posted an article which contained an audio recording of a hearing on October 11 this week between Juggalo lawyers, FBI lawyers and the judge. The recording nowhere has them saying anything about FOIA. It is clear that what they are after at this pointin the lawsuit is for the FBI to issue their retraction of saying Juggalos are a hybrid gang.

23:20

In the recording, the FBI lawyer says that despite their designation, there was no federal legal recommendation to the local or county cops to do anything about the classification. If they were only in there to force the FBI to release documents, they would have talked about it in this audio recording. But they didn’t. And also because as seen above, the documents are already out. The approximately 121 pages that were FINALLY RELEASED in 2013.

29:30
CPN draws a line in the sand for artists who claim they got Juggalo love, down with Juggalos, etc. “If you didn’t go to the march, I don’t wanna fuckin’ hear it...this is including Tech 9. This is including fuckin’ LSP. This is including...all of them. Every single fuckin one of them. I don’t wanna hear it. I don’t wanna fuckin hear that shit. You know why? If you’re gonna sit there and deny this is an issue, I don’t see you as American at this point. The fact that people can be punished with jobs, and losing custody and being harassed by the police based on the music they listen...the fact is has ever happened at all EVER in this country, and you didn’t stand up as a musician...”

32:25
“And when asked to not get paid for one day and go out to one place and represent with us and help our voices be heard and help our voices be strong, I don’t wanna hear it. They put their hands up and turned their backs. What I believe is Monoxide and Madrox understand this. They get it. They know for a fact what they did is some bitch shit.”

35:18
It was all about money. The proof was when they stated they’re not going to the march, but they’re down to do juggalo day. They won’t be at the free shit, but the one you’ll pay to see, they’ll be there. Don’t fucking tell me these people didn’t have the means to get out there. They have the means to travel and tour on their own.

 36:00
CPN says he has a reliable source that many bands that turned down the march did it because they were told by Psychopathic they could not sling merchandise to make money. Twiztid did the same thing. Hence, they're money grubbers in CPN's eyes.

38:00
Twiztid knows they fucked up by not marching and Juggalos are angry. So they have to spin it and say, “there is no list” or “it was just an assessment and then nothing happened.”

CPN shows the brunch and bake where Jamie goes off saying the documents don't exist. Jamie says, "Show the shit. Put it up online." CPN says "link in the description, bitch." That's this one.
https://www.muckrock.com/news/archives/2013/mar/07/fbi-reveals-why-it-labeled-insane-clown-posse-gang/
Where the FBI releases all the documents they collected to justify classifying juggalos as a hybrid gang on the 2011 national gang assessment list.

45:30
CPN talks about Jessica (though not by direct name) the probation officer. He fucks up and doesn't deal with any of the new Chuck Reeves' video showing she was fired for a possible conflict of interest with paroled or on probation Juggalos who come from a jail where Juggalos organize as a gang and do gang shit. All he does is roughly summarize the document that Chuck found. CPN says "It's in the documents she was a juggalo and could be a security risk." Um no shit it's in the document CPN. That was Chuck's point. Her musical taste did not get her canned. It was her idiotic idea of a protest against Juggalos being called a gang. Chuck made this very clear with Sid Jones and the other guy last night. If your employer says Juggalos are known as a gang in prison and may be getting paroled, you DNO'T SHOW YOUR AFFINITY WITH THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA. You scare your bosses into thinking you will favour Juggalos which CAN'T HAPPEN! CPN doesn't get it. CPN doesn't want to get it. He will always lose on this point.

46:30
CPN quotes a superchat question asking why Twiztid was in Psypher 4 which talked about the FBI, the gang list and willing to die for freedom, etc.

51:45
CPN takes issue with how Jamie and Paul use the word "assessment." As in hey we were assessed, determined to not be a gang and that's why we're not on any list starting in 2012 and from then on up to now. CPN has a problem. He thinks the assessment was worse than Paul and Jamie are admitting simply because Crips, Bloods, MS-13, etc were in the document. But they were not a "hybrid gang" like Juggalos were. I provided quotes above from the 2011 document where the FBI calls them a hybrid gang at the start, but then on subsequent pages just uses the word "gang."

52:10
Monoxide is stating that the List itself was the assessment. Wrong, says CPN. In 2011 the FBI released "National Gang Threat Assessment." It was an assessment of every group they have currently classified as a gang. In other words it's saying here's an assessment of everyone who we have already classified as a gang. Bloods and Crips were on the same assessment. But according to Monoxide's assessment explanation, this means that the Bloods are not considered a gang and neither are the Crips or MS-13 if we want to be consistent. Now we know those groups are already considered gangs because of what they have been caught doing. The FBI lumped juggalos with Crips and Bloods and MS-13.

55:08
The Gang Threat Assessment was an explanation, a training tool of how to identify gangs that were listed on said list. That's what that was. It was not an assessment on juggalos. For us to even exist on this list, this means we were classified as a gang prior to the list being made. The list was a compilation of everyone SO FAR they have already classified as a gang. That's what mono, that dumb motherfucker, and the rest of them are not talking about says CPN.

Everyone keeps getting caught up on the "Assessment" aspect of this designation. Let break it down. GANG THREAT ASSESSMENT. Assessment being the last word clearly means we are going to asses the threat levels of each of these gangs. When this report came out the minds of the powers that be had been made up that Juggalos were already a gang.

If you take the time to listen to the audio from the October 11th court session it is evident that word games are being played comparing similar court cases and case laws to justify the DOJ and FBI's actions. They are hiding behind the fact that never once did it to target Juggalos in your cities. It doesn't have to.

From a law enforcement standpoint, if a bulletin, memo or assessment comes out in briefing or though email or however we want to distribute the information it is going to draw attention to whatever is in that bulletin, memo or email. Example would be, people wearing blue jeans are engaging in loosely unorganized crimes across the country. Now law enforcement is going to keep a closer watch on people in blue jeans. Doesn't mean the bulletin said to target them, it doesn't have to it is going to happen naturally in that profession. Boom Juggalos are now on the radar and will be being watched, targeted and detained.

By assessing Juggalos on this already classified gang threat list they basically painted a target on Juggalos backs and that cant be argued by any person with an ounce of common sense in their body.

Now onto the MARCH. The march in DC was the best thing that could have ever happened for Juggalos. To have 2500+ "Gang Members" lead march on the nations capital and have ZERO 00000 arrests speaks volumes for us. To have all of the media coverage be positive is great for us and for ICP. Anybody who doesn't agree with or support the march and what it may have potentially produced for us in my opinion is Juggaho 100%. How are you gonna sit behind your keyboard and talk shit to the true elite who went and fought for our rights? How can you honestly say it was a waste of time and the Juggalos who went were stupid? Sure maybe you have never faced any of the repercussions of what has happened due to the "assessment" , but people who lead the same exact lifestyle as you have. People have gotten the bone for simply exercising their 1st amendment. How can that sit with you? How can you let that shit be acceptable to you ? Because you are most likely a key board warrior who has never stood for something in your life.

ICP didn't charge anything for the march or the concert they put on. You think that shit was cheap to get a permit to march on DC and have a spot locked down for 10 hours ? Probably not lol. Was it really worth all that money for 25 news articles to write a story on? Was it a smart financial decision to bring to light the discrimination Juggalos face throughout the country? Are that many people going to run out and by cds or hatchegear to offset the cost? NO! ICP realizes the Juggalos were asking for help, they realized they were able to give us a voice and help us out like weve helped them out for years.

So, they realized this, WERE THE FUCK WAS MNE ? ICP put Twiztid on and everyone on MNE (for the most part). They would not be here without ICP. Period there is no refuting that point. ISI or HOK would have been a blip on the radar in Detroit for a second, then gone. They were starting out the same time ICP was right ? Then why weren't they anything until ICP put them on with the Juggalos? Since they are so superior as everyone claims. Without JUGGALOS they wouldn't be shit. And when it was time to give back and help us out.....they were making excuses over a fucking word like "list" or "assessment". Just like the DOJ or the FBI is doing right now. Oh were not going to march because is was an assessment. Oh were not responsible because the memo doesn't say target Juggalos. Same shit different word game. Twiztid don't give a fuck about Juggalos they want that money. They aren't here for us they're here for the money. Which is there job I get it. ICP wants the money too but at least they stood for us when others turned and ran.

FUCK MNE and FUCK ANYONE WHO HATES ON THE MARCH.

LAWLZ

Predictable Chesh as usual.

The fact that you would even say that, means I don't have to refresh you memory about how you were never able to PROVE YOUR previous assertions I "chased you around" for proof of in these forums... STILL WAITING.

You wanted me to prove something I never claimed to be true. And you couldn't prove that I claimed it. I'M still waiting for that proof. God you're a fucking petty imbecile.

Go ask that chick that got fired for 'Liking" ICP shit "for proof". Don't expect me to provide you with evidence of a crime scene I wasn't at or an investigator of.

I don't want proof of her getting fired, proof of it being her liking ICP that got her fired. I just think they have a fairly good point because you're all taking it at face value then throw fucking tantrums like children when it's questioned.

"Smugness"... yeah, kinda sounds like you see where "You Fucked Up" and just wanna fold your arms like you are OWED a greater explanation than the basic aspects of legal vocabulary... See, when ya know WHAT WORDS MEAN, ya don't need a degree to "figure it out"...

I interpreted the document exactly as you explained. You're a fucking moron.

"Legal jargon" = Didn't Pay Attention In English Class

I never used that phrase so...

But we're all here to help, m'i'right?!

I think you smoke crack to be completely honest. Like, smoke a big old fat rock of crack then come on here fabricating words into what I type then start arguing with those fabrications. Or maybe just some kind of disability.Other people say shit, then you attribute it all on me because I seem to be on that 'side'.

And on that, what do you propose law enforcement does about juggalo gangs or are we going to completely deny these juggalo gangs that I have personally seen exist?

What evidence is there that prior to the 2011 national gang threat assessment FBI document, ICP knew of cases where people lost jobs, child custody and military spots and chose to do nothing for a few years. And if so, why? What is your theory on that? Because right now, when you mention organized Juggalo crime that local law enforcement had to deal with, you're kind of answering your own question on why ICP did nothing. If they read news reports about juggalos committing crimes as far back as the 2000's, why the hell would they defend that shit?

The FBI did indeed pick up on reports from state to state that classified Juggalos as a gang. There were only four states that made said classification. However, as seen here, in the 121 pages the FBI was forced to release under the FOIA request, as far back as 2008, the FBI created a memo saying Juggalos were a LEGITIMATE GANG

FBI reveals why it labeled Insane Clown Posse gang leaders

Bureau attempted to pinpoint “racketeering activity” among Juggalo Family

Written by Inkoo Kang
It all began five years ago in Marion, Ill. A routine 2008 FBI memo noted that the hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse would soon host the eighth annual Gathering of the Juggalos in the nearby town of Cave-In-Rock, asserting “the Juggalos [are] a legitimate gang with a large following … [who] follow the ICP in almost a religious manner.”

background.pngImage Enlarger
Three years later, the FBI officially designated Insane Clown Posse fans a “loosely-organized hybrid gang” in its 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment report, alongside Mexican drug cartels and human traffickers.

cultlike.pngImage Enlarger

Records released to MuckRock user Rich Jones show that the FBI’s Salt Lake City office conducted a 14-month investigation into the horrorcore duo’s fanbase. The file identifies Juggalos and Juggalettes as a “violent street gang” numbering in the thousands, whose members “sometimes paint their faces to look like wicked clowns” and “continue the dress by carrying small axes.”

hatchet.pngImage Enlarger

The goals of the investigation were to “examine the structure, scope, and relationships pertaining to the … violent street gang; to identify members and the organization structure of the gang,” and, perhaps most surprisingly, “to identify all illegal activities which may constitute a pattern of racketeering activity.”

racket.pngImage Enlarger

Ultimately, the FBI hoped to “develop larger conspiracy investigations and successful conspiracy prosecutions” of even single robberies using the Hobbs Act, a statute frequently used in corruption cases involving public officials and labor unions.

emberging.pngImage Enlarger

Two “Accomplishment Reports” in the file chronicle the arrests of and drug seizures from a pair of individuals in March 2011 by a FBI task force. The reports do not indicate which drugs were confiscated, nor in what amounts.
The Salt Lake City office recommended the closure of the case in May 2012 in a memo that grouped the Juggalos on a list with “Central American Criminal Groups” and “White Supremacist Gangs.”
The FBI had also compiled a number of press clippings about crimes committed by Juggalos across the country.

themorning.jpgImage Enlarger

Insane Clown Posse sued the FBI last year when the agency failed to fulfill a Freedom of Information request for documents justifying the classification of band’s fans as a gang. The Gang Threat Assessment report cited two assaults that occurred a year apart in two different states as examples of organized violent activity.

Read the full file embedded below, or on the request page:

at this point, one can read the whole 121 pages that the ICP managed to get under the FOIA years ago. So to quote CPN again, that FOIA part of the lawsuit is over. They got these 121 pages that date from 2008 which call Juggalos a gang based on activity in certain states. Due to the audio ScottieD posted, there is now another stage in the lawsuit. A retraction of the 2011 gang threat assessment document pertaining to Juggalos is at stake. So Twiztid and Chuck Reeves are missing a part of the picture. The FBI had ALREADY CLASSIFIED Juggalos as a gang in 2008. THAT is why they showed up in the 2011 national gang threat assessment. But it is interesting that Juggalos never showed up again on any FBI list after that. And yet some of the individual states still have Juggalos listed as a gang to this day.

Pretty much sums it up, as sad as this truth is.

The assessment included state level gangs. Juggalos have been on state gang lists for a long time. So the FBI didn't add juggalos to any list. Local law enforcement did. In multiple areas. Where all this over exaggerated harassment has been happening for years before the assessment and none of you cared. Not even ICP. ICP started soon as they started losing money. And on that, what do you propose law enforcement does about juggalo gangs or are we going to completely deny these juggalo gangs that I have personally seen exist?

I totally get your point. I will admit that Juggalo gangs do exist scarcely throughout the country. Anyone who would deny that is a fool. What the DOJ and FBI did by putting us on the Assessment list again was put a giant target on our back and blew it up with a microscope. This would be no different then the few priests molesting children being put under the microscope and including the whole congregation.

I think you smoke crack to be completely honest. Like, smoke a big old fat rock of crack then come on here fabricating words into what I type then start arguing with those fabrications. Or maybe just some kind of disability.Other people say shit, then you attribute it all on me because I seem to be on that 'side'.

I can only hope that no one important should ever have to depend on your "prosecutorial acumen", if this were an example of the depths of it...

[this one here is for "The Readers". If you don't like or wanna read my shit... "You can fuck off walk on!" Pass me by. IDGAF.

BUT, BUT, BUT, but...

Don't fuckin' talk to me further on this subject unless you have.

When extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof...

... Mafkas need to take into account just what they're trying to claim proof of  before... well... something about "talking shit" and... I dunno... bedbugs or somethin'... who knows?

You wanted me to prove something I never claimed to be true. And you couldn't prove that I claimed it. I'M still waiting for that proof. God you're a fucking petty imbecile.

Uhhh... no, "You fucking petty imbecile"... [What're you? Some kinda Bat-Villian?]

YOU  [in a completely different thread topic than this - which I assumed was your "chasing around" reference]:

YOU  were talking about, and speaking with "assurance", contractual elements -I- requested from YOU  to provide ME in the form of ANYTHING... for which YOU  have, as yet, been unable to provide.

YOU  decided to continue to make those assertions in any thread discussing Twiztid's "tight-lipp-ed-ness" and I continued to call you out on it. When you moved, I moved... Just like that.

But unlike the bullshit you were talking about with such self-assurity in those threads... the "bullshit" I just said: is easily searchable.

I don't want proof of her getting fired, proof of it being her liking ICP that got her fired. I just think they have a fairly good point because you're all taking it at face value then throw fucking tantrums like children when it's questioned.

From a Washington Post Article:

Jessica Bonometti, 34, of Woodbridge, Va., was a college student with a 3.9 grade-point average who believed the corrections system should be just that — corrective. She worked as a probation officer for the Virginia Department of Corrections and posted on her Facebook page about her job, how she aimed to help released prisoners truly and legally reintegrate into society.

She is also a Juggalo — or Juggalette, as female followers of the band like to be called. And her Facebook page also had Juggalo likes, other Juggalos and Juggalo slogans like “Wicked for Life.”

That was enough to get her fired last year, she said.

“Specifically, you are in violation of this policy due to your posting ‘pictures, images or information suggesting identification with a Security Threat Group (Juggalos) or which portray security threat group in a positive and appealing manner’,” said the memo she got in March as she lost her job.

The boss who wrote the memo, Tracey Lavely, said she is not authorized to speak about the case.

Bonometti worries that she’ll never be able to work in her field again, because Juggalos have been branded as a threat.

Here's Jessica speaking at The March @38:28

[EDIT: Aw fuckin' Ayyyy! I can't figure out how to post vids from the Faygoluvers Facebook Videos page HERE... so here's the link you lazy pukes! Paste N' Go ;)

I interpreted the document exactly as you explained. You're a fucking moron.

And this is why I would never hire you as my Latex Salesman.  Import OR  Export.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of this "Suppose-Ed Jury"..."

See... the problem is... you seem to think that YOUR technicalities are somehow more prescient than anyone else's opposing them.

While not delving too deeply into "character assassination", once again, it behooves the court to know that @lucem-ferre has previously "self-professed" his NON-juggalo status while maintaining an affinity to a website, Faygoluvers.net, that espouses to be a "Home" for those that do identify with that group.

Now, within such an environment; it might be obvious or at least easy for one to assume, that most (if not all) assertions to the contrary of that community, might be interpreted as an: Accusation.

Accusations have an Accuser. Within the bountiful constraints of the American Legal System, "an accuser" is The Prosecutor. "The Accused" is The Defendant. Within that Legal System, our Defendants are "innocent until proven guilty".

The Prosecutor has "The Burden of Proof".

It is not the obligation of The Defense to provide ANY evidence to prove the veracity of any claim made by The Prosecution.

HAVING SAID THAT...

Here is a verbatim transcript (by way of copy-n-paste), in its entirety, for which The Prosecution has brought before The Court against The Defense:

"It was dismissed because they can't prove that the gang assessment had anything to do with any of the alleged harassment because of juggalos being on local lists for much longer than that gang assessment, as mentioned earlier and the fact that there have been many news stations reporting juggalos as a gang prior to the assessment. They did not bring in the officers, venue owners or military recruiters to question their motives. None of the cases were 'life ruining'."

Addressing that statement, The Defense proffered this statement of their own: (once again, verbatim copy/paste)

Cheshyr said

"It was dismissed on the basis that the case could not difinitively PROVE using the standards of American Law that the "assessment", as you wanna hook onto, could definitively prove a DIRECT negative impact."

The Defense would ask The Court to please allow us time for the elicit consideration of The Prosecution's remarks...

"It was dismissed because they can't prove that the gang assessment had anything to do with any of the alleged harassment because of juggalos being on local lists for much longer than that gang assessment, as mentioned earlier and the fact that there have been many news stations reporting juggalos as a gang prior to the assessment."

While not trying to be overly "flippant" of such serious life changing events felt by the subjects of our cases, but...

"Once upon a time, The Duke Boys were able to avoid Boss Hog by jumping a river that crossed a County Line..."

"Local Opinion" should never supersede the written rule of law... for better or worse.

That's why those who don't vote, don't get an opinion.

However...

When a FEDERAL AGENCY... such as the FEDERAL BUREAU of INVESTIGATIONS deems it "necessary" to craft so-much-as even an assessment of a cross-section of American culture by way of MUSICAL INTEREST, as a: "loosely organized hybrid gang"...

...that "assessment" is broadcast to places for which the word "Juggalo" had NEVER shown up on their "local radars".

The Defense would now like to present The Court with an Exhibit to that effect:

[EDIT: I've spent a good chunk of time trying to find that video of that guy with the display of a bunch of Psychopathic merch, explaining it all as "gang symbols" for officers to look out for... (like that scene from "Fear and Loathing") but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to pull it up ANYwhere. If anyone knows the vid I'm talking about... PLEASE!]

At any rate, it would not be "too far a bridge" to cross to think that The Prosecution's aforementioned, "Local Lists", would not have been further advanced (however misconceived to whatever capacity) even the most "disregarded baseline assessment", coming from a source as the F.B.I.; (for all intents, their Superiors) a minimally inferred course of action in those individual cases where malfeasance MAY HAVE occurred.

Our rights are "For All" and not just for the majority. They are meant to protect "the minority" FROM a majority...

The Defense would call that "Confirmation Bias".

...because of juggalos being on local lists for much longer than that gang assessment, as mentioned earlier and the fact that there have been many news stations reporting juggalos as a gang prior to the assessment.

"Local Lists" constructed from INDIVIDUAL booking data gathered REGIONALLY, supplemented by LOCAL media coverage created FROM individual, regionally gathered material... CEMENTED upon the receival of an "assessment" from the FEDERAL.B.I.

"They did not bring in the officers, venue owners or military recruiters to question their motives."

The Prosecution once again would like The Defense to call witnesses to provide statements they did not have access to but would have been asked HAD THEY BEEN A LAWYER IN THE CASE... but once again, reaffirms the nature of the dismissal; as The Defense would not be able to provide material evidence of "motivational predicate" in the form of official instruction, ie a rule or law as to how officers and courts are to respond to a person identified or as having "identifiers" of being a Juggalo (ostensibly, upon spotting a Hatchetman tattoo or logo).

"None of the cases were 'life ruining'."

The Defense would ask The Court to be allowed to address The Prosecution directly...

Who the fuck do you think you are to say or repeat such a thing?

I can only imagine... how difficult it was for your mother to finalize the divorce with your uncle...

...just think how hard it was to be fired from a job in public service for something WAY less gross than not letting you marry your pet tarantula and or snake... or mother... I don't judge... whatever your complex is...

The Defense reminds The Court that while "the case" was initially DISMISSED... it was later granted an APPEAL...

UPON FURTHER EVIDENCE (OF DIRECT IMPACT).

HENCE !!! ... the requests by Psychopathic Records and the ACLU for stories of incidents of DIRECT IMPACT before The March!

[GAW!]

In closing...

The Defense would like to repeat The Prosecution's case:

Actually, I'm currently smoking some medical grade Golden Goat, drinking three shots of Vodka mixed with OJ, Cran, a splash of Grenadine and a shooter of tequila...

The Defense rests... and ... uh... goes back and chills in the cut...

I'm not going to read all that stupid fuck shit, Cheshyr. Cut straight to the point and quit rambling like a crack head.

And the only thing I can reply on since it's the only thing I read is that I never claimed or spoke about an NDA as if it exists. YOU asked why people think there is an NDA and I provided you with the answer as to why people think there is an NDA. Then you attached all that shit to me when I never explicitly said there was an NDA. Go back and read it, try to prove me wrong on that, oh you can't. You're talking out of your ass as usual. Just angry ramblings of a crack head who can't take having his point of view challenged. Juggalos have some of the most closed off minds for people that boast so much about being open minded.

I think its funny that people still think crack does things like herion....crack is just the poor mans version of coke...crack was created so coke could be sold in smaller increments.

Crack and coke have the same effects, according to science...why doesnt anyone view rich people who do coke as irresponsible, erratic bums.

The only real difference between a crackhead and a cokehead is that the crackhead has addiction problems, just like someone who eats too much, smokes cigs, weed, or is an alcoholic...

A crackhead needs to find a way to get money to get a buzz, and a cokehead goes thru the day knowing they can get anything they want cuz they got money...basically its a matter of monetary status and addiction issues.

Cocaine doesnt destroy your body or mind like herion or meth....the person who does crack was a retard before they did crack, plain and simple

Disagree. I was a coke mule when I was 17, lived with a dealer, etc., and watched his life crumble when getting high on his own supply became more fun than the $ was. Drugs of any kind are risky business (legal pharmacies & delivery trucks get robbed at gunpoint, too), & the drug war is alive & well, just not how most think ("Law Enforcement, Legal Marijuana Industry Suspect Mexican Drug Cartels Behind California Wildfires")

That's pretty much how I see it too unfortunately. If they put out good music I'll still bump it. Most The Continuous Evilution of Life's Skid Marks is bullshit and so I rarely listen to any of it. But it'll always be in the back of my mind that what you said is basically true.
