CPN is a faggot who masturbates while fantasizing of having violent J's dick in his ass. Chuck Reeves is a faggot with secret fantasies of being bukakke'd by Jamie and Monoxide. they're both idiots, stop fucking listening to them.

As far as I can tell, neither ICP or twiztid really, truly care. Call me a bitter old man but this whole 'family' shtick has been little more than a way to generate brand loyalty and continuing to buy PSY's products from the very start. Psychopathic is a business, always remember that, first and foremost they are a business and their goal is to make J and Shaggy money, everything they do is a part of that business. If they were legitimately taking a loss at every gathering they would've stopped doing them years ago. J and Shaggy are raking in assloads of cash off of their "family love" shit. I don't believe this march is anything more than trying to get more people talking about ICP again. This lawsuit isn't for the juggalos, it's for J and Shaggy. They're probably having a harder time getting venues, maybe not allowed in certain places, I don't know the specifics of it but you can bet your ass if it wasn't reducing their cash flow they wouldn't give a shit. The fact it gives them a lot of free press doesn't hurt matters at all, does it?

and you know what? Jamie and Monoxide are the same way. They're running a fucking business. they're trying to make money, same as J and Shaggy. Shit, same as every other business in the god damn world. I don't hold it against them because I'm not some fucking idiot who buys into this whole "juggalos are a family." bullshit.

J is a business man, and from what I've heard people say about him he's a pretty fucking scummy one at that. Jamie is also a business man, but again, from what I can tell, he seems to be a lot more honest about it.

I think its funny that people still think crack does things like herion....crack is just the poor mans version of coke...crack was created so coke could be sold in smaller increments.

They do destroy the mind. Charlie Sheen is the perfect example of what cocaine can do to you.

Crack and coke have the same effects, according to science...why doesnt anyone view rich people who do coke as irresponsible, erratic bums.

We do, case and point with Charlie Sheen again.

The only real difference between a crackhead and a cokehead is that the crackhead has addiction problems, just like someone who eats too much, smokes cigs, weed, or is an alcoholic...

No, we view the coke head in the same way.

A crackhead needs to find a way to get money to get a buzz, and a cokehead goes thru the day knowing they can get anything they want cuz they got money...basically its a matter of monetary status and addiction issues.

I've known broke ass coke heads. It's not THAT expensive. It gets expensive because people like to do shit tons of coke. You're perception on it is a bit wrong, like coming from the perception of somebody who doesn't know what they are talking about.

Cocaine doesnt destroy your body or mind like herion or meth....the person who does crack was a retard before they did crack, plain and simple

It does. Again, look at Charlie Sheen's behavior. Kanye West's in 2013. Or fucking Marilyn Manson. And you've never heard of coke nose? It destroys the teeth. It's even known to make the brain cells eat each other. Do some fucking research.

Yeah, I mean, he could be just as scummy or even worse behind the scenes. I don't fucking know, I'm not an authority. But you take what people do, what other people say about him, watch the business, etc, you get a slight feel for it, ya know?

I'd rather have someone who's just shilling out merch and selling stupid shit like pumpkin carving kits with their faces on the packages and their brand logo on the handle than someone who goes on about how it's a family business, 'lets not get lawyers involved' type shit.

You could say that 'oh, it's only bitter artists who're off the label that say that shit', but of course no one who's currently ON the label is going to talk shit about J. You'd have to be a dumbass to give an interview where you talk shit on your boss.

Now, if Jamie and Mono are pulling that same shit and it hasn't come out yet? well fuck them too. But so far no one who would know has even made the accusation.

there's no time stamps or anything and, TBH, I'm not going to sit through that entire interview. neither of the people interest me at all. talking about ghost hunting and shit...

BUT if what you're saying is in the interview, since I didn't watch it. and if what he's saying is true, then yeah, fuck Jamie and Monoxide, but how did they fuck him out of money? its all scummy but some are better than others. is it at least on par with trying to discourage people from bringing lawyers in, though?

its around 26 minutes or so in

basically he was opening for them, and ontop of paying for the fee to open he paid a extra 1000 dollars to get three backstage passes that guaranteed him time with twiztid(he has a contract) basically when he got there george treated him like a piece of shit, and ducked him the whole time and he never ended up getting even a second with twiztid

If I remember right Shadow D played for free on Ninja Sex Party second stage, I'm not completely sure though I'd have to ask. Kinda shitty if he did because he pulled a bigger crowd than Insane Eric did. I know that they say "it's great for exposure!" or what ever silly excuse but ehhhh.

The assessment included state level gangs. Juggalos have been on state gang lists for a long time. So the FBI didn't add juggalos to any list. Local law enforcement did. In multiple areas. Where all this over exaggerated harassment has been happening for years before the assessment and none of you cared. Not even ICP. ICP started soon as they started losing money. And on that, what do you propose law enforcement does about juggalo gangs or are we going to completely deny these juggalo gangs that I have personally seen exist?

What evidence is there that prior to the 2011 national gang threat assessment FBI document, ICP knew of cases where people lost jobs, child custody and military spots and chose to do nothing for a few years. And if so, why? What is your theory on that? Because right now, when you mention organized Juggalo crime that local law enforcement had to deal with, you're kind of answering your own question on why ICP did nothing. If they read news reports about juggalos committing crimes as far back as the 2000's, why the hell would they defend that shit?

The FBI did indeed pick up on reports from state to state that classified Juggalos as a gang. There were only four states that made said classification. However, as seen here, in the 121 pages the FBI was forced to release under the FOIA request, as far back as 2008, the FBI created a memo saying Juggalos were a LEGITIMATE GANG

FBI reveals why it labeled Insane Clown Posse gang leaders

Bureau attempted to pinpoint “racketeering activity” among Juggalo Family

Written by Inkoo Kang
It all began five years ago in Marion, Ill. A routine 2008 FBI memo noted that the hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse would soon host the eighth annual Gathering of the Juggalos in the nearby town of Cave-In-Rock, asserting “the Juggalos [are] a legitimate gang with a large following … [who] follow the ICP in almost a religious manner.”

Three years later, the FBI officially designated Insane Clown Posse fans a “loosely-organized hybrid gang” in its 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment report, alongside Mexican drug cartels and human traffickers.

Records released to MuckRock user Rich Jones show that the FBI’s Salt Lake City office conducted a 14-month investigation into the horrorcore duo’s fanbase. The file identifies Juggalos and Juggalettes as a “violent street gang” numbering in the thousands, whose members “sometimes paint their faces to look like wicked clowns” and “continue the dress by carrying small axes.”

hatchet.pngImage Enlarger

The goals of the investigation were to “examine the structure, scope, and relationships pertaining to the … violent street gang; to identify members and the organization structure of the gang,” and, perhaps most surprisingly, “to identify all illegal activities which may constitute a pattern of racketeering activity.”

racket.pngImage Enlarger

Ultimately, the FBI hoped to “develop larger conspiracy investigations and successful conspiracy prosecutions” of even single robberies using the Hobbs Act, a statute frequently used in corruption cases involving public officials and labor unions.

emberging.pngImage Enlarger

Two “Accomplishment Reports” in the file chronicle the arrests of and drug seizures from a pair of individuals in March 2011 by a FBI task force. The reports do not indicate which drugs were confiscated, nor in what amounts.
The Salt Lake City office recommended the closure of the case in May 2012 in a memo that grouped the Juggalos on a list with “Central American Criminal Groups” and “White Supremacist Gangs.”
The FBI had also compiled a number of press clippings about crimes committed by Juggalos across the country.

Insane Clown Posse sued the FBI last year when the agency failed to fulfill a Freedom of Information request for documents justifying the classification of band’s fans as a gang. The Gang Threat Assessment report cited two assaults that occurred a year apart in two different states as examples of organized violent activity.

Read the full file embedded below, or on the request page:

at this point, one can read the whole 121 pages that the ICP managed to get under the FOIA years ago. So to quote CPN again, that FOIA part of the lawsuit is over. They got these 121 pages that date from 2008 which call Juggalos a gang based on activity in certain states. Due to the audio ScottieD posted, there is now another stage in the lawsuit. A retraction of the 2011 gang threat assessment document pertaining to Juggalos is at stake. So Twiztid and Chuck Reeves are missing a part of the picture. The FBI had ALREADY CLASSIFIED Juggalos as a gang in 2008. THAT is why they showed up in the 2011 national gang threat assessment. But it is interesting that Juggalos never showed up again on any FBI list after that. And yet some of the individual states still have Juggalos listed as a gang to this day.

All this could be attributed to them gathering local information. But yeah, I guess they did classify them as a gang. It's effect is very questionable, I don't think the whole nation was treating juggalos like a gang. Hell, here in SLC, one of the main reasons the FBI reported that, the juggalos aren't treated too much like a gang. Like, they typically try to make a distinction between trouble makers and those who are just fans. Though, of course, that don't always get it right and some will automatically assume. But I've had cops genuinely ask me about it with a sincere desire to learn about it. Which is why I basically question these cases myself, I've been doing that prior to what Twiztid said if anybody really noticed.

If anything, where Twiztid misses the mark is that juggalos have been on local gang lists. I don't remember of they made a distinction between national FBI lists or local state lists but if they didn't then they are wrong because juggalos are on gang lists.

The 121 pages from 2008 that the FBI declassified had quotations in newspaper articles about Juggalo criminals saying not all Juggalos were gang members, only some started up their own independent gangs. The FBI still considered Juggalos a gang in 2008 based on what was happening in different counties and based on the four states that classified Juggalos as a gang. They also found reports and other states that had not yet made this classification were seeing Juggalo gang activity/crime on the rise. Half of the 121 pages is just news articles about Juggalo criminals. One of them was about a Juggalo gang that started in a California Jail, and sent their gangster juggalos who got out eventually to do crime and also assault juggalos who just like music and refused to participate in criminal enterprises. That gang was called "Juggalo Killers." The FBI in 2011 said Juggalos appeared to be a hybrid gang. A subset of Juggalos broke off from the music fans to engage in crime. That's all. In 2012 and up to now, the FBI never called them a gang or even a hybrid gang again. Yet we all know Crips, Bloods, MS-13 have been on every FBI gang assessment list since 2012. So Juggalos were referred to as a gang in the FBI 2008 document, and they were assessed and classified as a hybrid gang in 2011 in an FBI document. That should be enough for Jamie and Paul to see that the damage had been done.

Now CPN fucks up and recites the same bullshit about the probation officer in his latest video. Chuck Reeves already blew that apart at the 22 minute mark in the last video of his that I ended up posting here. Chuck is right on some things. CPN is right on some things.

Round here the 'Juggalo Killers' were just kids that didn't like juggalos and would jump them. My friend claims to have started that in high school, actually. Funny and ironic since a lot of his friends are juggalos now.

I was repping way harder back then and NOT ONE of those fucking pussies stepped to me. not saying im tough or anything, but what a bunch of bitch asses.

Did anybody catch the part about how the Juggalo Holocaust are dedicated to getting kids out of the juggalo 'gang' and getting them out of the criminal life style? Those guys just hit a whole new level of trollery. Got to admire it. At the same time it makes me very very sad knowing how incompetent the law enforcement is.
