Listening to this now. Not much to dislike here at all. Its pretty much the Twiztid that you’d want. Everyone who complains about them trying to be too mainstream should be happy. The only reason I can see anyone really disliking this is, if they just flat out dont like Twiztid or they cant like them coz ICP have beef with them.

I usually tend to find MNE strategy of scheduling releases/events to coincide and/or compete with Psy’s to be kind of petty & almost pathetic (not a side picker overall, just think that particular practice is disgraceful) but I will say that in this particular case it worked, quite strongly, in their favor. Its seemed for quite awhile now that FFF was most likely going to be delayed & that today would be a disappointing day for fans looking forward to new shit, so throwing together something “special” (HOK & generally “bonus”/”rare”) to drop unexpectedly on the day that we would be thirsty for new juggalo music & a bit aggrivated with ICP was honestly an uncommon stroke of genius from the camp that typically has a copy, update & paste format.
Personally, I don’t give a hoot about anything from these labels but some new Ouija…but I always have to check out anytging labeled HOK at least once, especially in October.

I dig this little album. I haven’t been a fan of twiztid since Independence Day and this album felt like a nod to the old school shit. My favorite track is “Edgar Allan poet”. That track has a green book vibe. It has me wondering what a Madrox and ROC album would sound like. Anyway good shit ,twiztid. I agree with @noawareness on those who complain about twiztid being mainstream sounding, I guess because there isn’t very much shit to talk about this album is why not many folks have commented in this thread lol.
