Thoughts?
Personally, I dig their rock stuff and thought for the most part this was a very good effort from them. Some of the vocal mixing could have been better (at times they get drowned out by the production and little things like that) and the subject matter can feel a little repetitive/one note at times (or their approach to the subject matter I guess). Also would have liked a few more slower songs along the lines of The Wake which is probably my favorite on here. Also really enjoy Let Me Go, Plastic, Dance On My Grave, Leave the World, and Inside Out. Probably has the least amount of cursing of any Twiztid album so far which I found interesting and seems like they’re really trying to branch out to a bigger audience with this one even more than some of their last few.

Twiztid, can you please just use the same producers as Lex the Hexmaster and G-Mo Skee, and rap on a boom bap album with no drill or trap hi hats? Tell Otis to cut that shit out and stop trying to turn Twiztid into AMB. Get all the old producers who made beats for you and Blaze as well and make a list.
1. Obsidian K
2. Fritz the Cat
3. Mike P
4. Godsynth
5 C – Lance
6. Seven (he did ALL of Abominationz and half of Independents Day)
7. Monoxide (his beats on Chainsmoker II remixes EP were dope. Just like the song I GOT THESE FEELINGS)
8. Mike E Clark (he came back and redid Rock the dead last year)
Where is Triple Threat II? Beatwise, Mad Season and Revelashun were mostly crap with lame drill and trap hit hats.
Seriously, you guys were always better rappers than ICP. Abominationz proved that. But a lot of your music is trash.

Mike E Clark, Seven and Fritz definitely work well with the Twiztid sound.
Imagine if they managed to do some J Dilla joints. Pete Rock. Premier.
Get Blaze and Clipse to do an album, that would be so strange yet dope.

I actually enjoyed the production on this album quite a bit, though of course if you aren’t into rock vibes (from them anyways) it may not be something you prefer. I definitely agree about the other production suggestions for their rap stuff though Otis stuff sounds a bit too samesy for me.

Hell, even if they did a project with Snowgoons, I’d buy it!

I have no problem with rock music…in the 20th century. Everything is so fake, quantized, digitized and compressed. It’s annoying. They record real drums in a real atmosphere with real acoustics, and then they bury that natural sounding shit with too many effects. If Twzitid had a 20th century, analog rock sound, that would be acceptable

I can’t believe I forgot Scott Sumner who did nearly all of Mostasteless.
