I dug the album, cool little EP. Like how they did the signatures.
The into takes me back to mostasteless. Favorite tracks are Down With Us, Unjust Love, Wasted (surprised I liked this with all the guests), and Monstrosity.
Only track I really didn’t like was The Deep End.
Ya, the Gathering is going to be interesting this year… I’m still not convinced Twiztid will be there…

honestly my least favorite track is Wasted…its cool for what it is but I thought they could have done a better job with the hook and some of those singing parts at the beginning just kind of took away from the track IMO…its a great sound for them though they still have that wicked feel but also incorporated a more hip hop friendly sound into it with features, production, and whatnot…I love everything about the Deep End song…Madrox killed it Mono killed it and Casky killed it (was surprised a Young Money artist did his thing on a Twiztid track like that lol)…the production is great and the chorus is good though it does kind of remind me of some shit you would hear on Eminem’s “Recovery” album lol
give them time but I think they’ll do just fine without Psychopathic…they’ve already been doing their own thing pretty much for years as far as music making goes (working with their own producers/engineers in their own studios and all that) so unlike other artists who have left the label and been pretty much lost without it Twiztid will be cool…can’t wait for their next project
PS…anyone saying Twiztid makes emo music probably says ICP went mainstream by making more upbeat/happier sounding music lmao…

the emo shit isjust the whiny ass voice madrox uses, the singy, catchy, faggoty sounding hooks, these slow boring beats, and just the overall content. nothing is grabbing me, it makes me fall asleep or feel depressed.
theres no excitement in this record, their older albums always had such a great mix of humor, wicked shit, and rap flows. now it’s a bunch of faggoty singing, and voice changing, stick to one DARK theme and thats it.
sorry ‘fam’ they are falling off in my opinion. i feel better now.

lol @ an artist falling off because they try different things…were you also mad when they stopped doing We Don’t Die at EVERY show because they wanted to make room for their newer material?…not trying to be a dick or anything but they’ve improved over the years…keep in mind this is only a 9 track project containing mostly collaboration songs…I’m sure Twiztid still has the ability to make fun, crazy, dark songs or w/e but to tell an artist to stick to one theme and then say they’ve fallen off for trying new things instead is just kind of ridiculous…still I respect your opinion

Twiztid’s new label (official name to be announced) lineup: Twiztid, Blaze, R.O.C, HOK, SWK.
Psychopathic Lineup: ICP, Big Hoodoo, ABK (for now?), Boondox (maybe?), Zug Island, and all of twiztd and blaze’s pre-exisiting work (for now?)
clash of the titans right there.

SWK should be twiztids “lotus” with the whole roster..
as far as the new cd goes I think its pretty dope, some of the guests were whack (caskey comes to mind) but overall a very solid release, I voted none of the above my fav. Track because its too hard to pick right now. Down with us, screaming out, falling down, are all up there as far as favorites but I enjoyed the whole.cd with my least fav. Probably being unjust love but even that is pretty fresh to me..
And on the falling down discussion , I think I prefer the album version compared to the early release.. It seemed kind of “cluttered” to me before for lack of a better word.. It took away from the verses somehow , it feels much more “powerful” now..

Man Blaze kills his verse on Sick man…I just literally stopped rolling a joint to rewind it and listen to it again…I haven’t liked a lot of his recent stuff…promising…
