So you want them un wrap it to sign it?  I’m pretty sure they get the cds wrapped from the factory.  So it be more work to sign the booklet. Blaze would have to be at the cd making factory to sign them.

all you have to do is get a razor blade.Go to your nearest alley and get an 8 ball and cut that bitch up.Grab your blade and get your autographed Blaze CD. Use the razor blade and cut the top of the plastic out, following the edge of the top of the case. Then you can pull out the case and now you can put it back in the sleeve with the autograph still intact. Problem solved and you get coked out…
