those are VERY cool and thanks for sharing them.  i do not think they are nerdish at all honestly.  what i collect, would be considered nerdish – i collect playing card decks

I don’t know. I feel like playing cards are more “accepted”, where as shit like warhammer 40K, DnD, magic, etc..that’s nerd shit.

Hell yeah, when I was younger (like really young) I played the shit outta warhammer, now I have a bunch of d&d figures, including custom ones from hero forge but they’re not painted yet, I gotta find someone whose really good at it.

Personally, I just can’t collect shit for the sake of collecting it. It needs to serve a bigger purpose for me; thats why I like warhammer, collect the shit, then go down to the game shop and whoop some ass with my shiny golden boiz.

Ah shit. I haven’t checked this in awhile and i missed this post till now.

Basically though; as far as the miniatures working for 40K, this is true. Games Workshop tends to reuse their assets to reduce costs. So when they make a game like space hulk, they’re using the same pieces they sell for warhammer 40K proper. Always been that way, probably always will.

that said, space hulk death wing is a single player expansion for playing space hulk 1st edition as a single player game. but based on the box, it looks like you have space hulk 2nd edition. not sure if they’re compatible as I never really played space hulk.
