Not quite. These are just filing the articles. Impeachment happens after a vote in the Congressional House of Representatives. With it being Democrat controlled, it is unlikely to pass. This is just an optics move.
Trump’s first articles were filed July 2017. I believe they filed 4 or 5 total with 2 passing with a House vote, though the last one had no trial, no formal presentation of evidence. Only a vote. It set a precedence that will now be used anytime Congress is a different party than the president.
