Roaming Millennial and I hope u get well soon, Cheshyr. If u don't love yourself, white skin & all, who will? "...Trump does not stand for hate... people saying that about him just because he has different political views than them is actually a big part of why he ended up winning. People don't like to be told that they stand for hate and bigotry and misogyny and racism when they really don't. So if that's your strategy for bringing people over to your side, it's probably not going to work..."

If you want to ignore the facts of Trump's racist birther movement and empowering racist America to gain support go ahead. Just as delusional as the Hillary people. Don't pretend that Trump empowering the racists is some bullshit made up by the media. It's fact. The racist organizations supported him. He made them feel empowered.

How so?  Out of the top five states with the most electoral votes 3 are democrat over 90% of the time, one is republican and one swings every other election. To lose the electoral vote is really bad for the democrats... To win the popular vote by only one million is even worse.

This is by far the worst election the democrats have had since Kerry.

The conservatives are shrinking and most conservative states are small.  Pretty soon both major parties will split anyways.

Because the electoral college has always elected Republicans when Democrats got the popular vote. If it were the other way around you know yall would be bitching about it. Don't front.

Oh absolutely because it makes over 30 states with under 2 million registered voters nearly invisible. I would point out obama won both,  both times.

But I didn't really vote for Trump anyways.  I just think he is better then Clinton and like to give y'all hell.  I voted for Gary Johnson even though he has the IQ of cheese.

Should rural areas really have that much say over what happens to the whole country? Let's be honest, the electoral college isn't there to empower states. It's taken advantage of by what ever party has completely taken over it. It's letting the government choose rather than the people.

So what's most important for Kanye in 2020 is that we make sure we pay attention to local politics and try to vote for Kanye supporters to represent us.

Glad to hear that at least somebody spiteful of the PC culture didn't vote with their spite.

I'm surprised you're glad to hear that. I thought spite was your forte.

I do believe area's deserve that much power.  If at very least to preserve individual culture.  I may not agree with someone's or some area's lifestyle but that doesn't mean the should be valued less then me.  Those rural areas feed our bellies so in a sick and twisted way I value a farmers vote 10x more then a Hollywood actors vote. Lifeblood believe it or not we still use a lot of US meats and produce.  In Texas for example the majority of our meats are state based.

I say fuck it! Forget the name calling and let's all put our differences aside and have a Juggalo party to celebrate what we all love, whatever that may be for you. MCL

^^^Fuck yeah dude. I can get behind that.

Also, those rural areas ARE america. Small towns ARE america. Politicians would do well to remember that.

Fo sho. Part of that party thing means being able to talk about some heavy shit though. Otherwise this forum is everyone just agreeing with each other and talkin about how awesome we are. Which would get old fast.

I refuse to let some random basement dwelling pot head hijack this thread.  Get out of here hippy.

Rob, please respond. If not we will all know you simply wanted to spout off more biased rhetoric. Lucem can't even help you in convincing the dumbest people here that you are even half right. This ship is sinking like a heavy turd.

The polices that are good for farmers will effect way more people than just the farmers. And it's not good for everybody else. Perhaps a lot of issues should be state controlled (Especially gun control) rather than controlled by the mass government. Plus, being somebody from that area you are completely out of touch with what's going on with everybody else.

So no, I don't think a specific population of people whom's jobs you respect more than the rest deserve more say.
