Policies create/kill jobs all the time. The argument over ANY policy is a cost/benefit analysis, that includes jobs.

Wrong. And stupid. Reason: States that criminalize abortion STILL NEED DOCTORS! Destroying abortion doesn’t destroy the job of being a doctor like destroying the ability to build a wall destroys the ability to work on building said wall. This is why arguments from analogy often fail. It compares things that are in reality, not alike. You should not be looking for analogies that compare apples and oranges, but rather seeking precedent that compares bananas with bananas.

So by your logic construction workers CAN’T go get jobs building things other then a wall?

Stopping abortion doesn’t prevent doctors from being doctors since they need to perform other necessary services so their jobs are ALREADY SECURE. You see UNLIKE, construction workers who don’t get to build a wall, THERE IS NO MORE MONEY COMING IN FOR A PROJECT. THEY HAVE TO SPEND TIME SEEKING A NEW ONE IN ORDER TO GET A PAYCHECK as a construction worker. A doctor who isn’t able to state’s law to perform abortion doesn’t have to continue a job search like a construction worker does when a project is killed. Again, there is a difference you are ignoring because you are throwing specifics out the window and not REALLY looking at the differences between a doctor and a construction worker.

Again, you need to stop with the argument by analogy because you end up comparing things that aren’t really the same.

The moment an American state outlaws abortion, doctors don’t lose their jobs because they still have other things to do as a doctor.

The moment a President outlaws border wall construction, that’s work that people no longer are going to get a pay-cheque for and they have to start looking elsewhere for work.

A job as a doctor is not exactly the same as a job for a construction worker.
