Mike Pompeo took over for Tillerson & she (Gina Haspel) took over for Pompeo. My sources say she was involved in interrogation, rendition, & torture under the Clinton Administration, so clearly if she worked at Kohl's it was the Exchanges and Returns counter.

Nope. I'm a cultural libertarian with no party allegiance & I see Trump's platform as fighting for the anti-elitist Constitution, not for any lobbying group. If a lobbying group or ANY politician happens to align with the U.S. Constitution, then FUCK YEAH. And I've never thought Obama was anything but a communist shill, so accusing him of taking bribes is like accusing him of breathing.

Should be interesting to see how these ALLEGATIONS play out. I predict that "gifts" will be deemed different than "services rendered" by a business. We'll see; and although the presumption of innocence isn't specifically stated in the U.S. Constitution, the SCOTUS ruled "the Due Process clause protects the accused against conviction except upon proof beyond reasonable doubt of every fact necessary to constitute the crime charged." Next time you wanna state someone is violating a law practically every day maybe consider this "innocent until proven guilty" thing in instances that don't just involve things you like (I'm guessing pussy & weed?)
