right now all countries in the world have to pay for gas and oil in US dollars but soon very soon Saudi Arabia will only be accepting the BRICS-based dollar that is backed by gold meaning the once mighty American dollar will end up basically worthless on the world stage.
and since your current government refuses to drill for oil if they want any oil they themselves will have to buy BRICS-based dollars to pay for it

If my guy had 71 felony indictments (and counting) and was the subject of two other criminal investigations, I’d be desperate to change the topic too. Trump can’t make drilling for crude cheaper than importing it, that’s why the US will remain a net importer of crude. However, we are net exporter of petroleum products, and are slated to be so until at least 2050. Try and understand the nuance. Trump had his chance to open up drilling, he focused on the artic and predictably didn’t get anything actually ccomplished. Donald did nothing but capitulate to the Saudis, you must be smoking rocks of you think that fool would stand up to anyone.
