Where have you been?
That was supposed to be funny for a thread that was meant to be funny. I would never want that. ... Well, I would not want most of that. I would love a Republican super majority in the House and Senate but not the opposition arrests and stuff. That's just silly.

NOBODY likes Bloomberg. Trump is roasting him. All of the democrats are roasting him. Liz Warren completely embarrassed him at the Nevada debate.
The only reason he's even remotely relevant is because he's thrown $450 million into his campaign.
He is the only candidate who donated to the DNC ... and two days before he entered the race. Then the DNC changed the requirements for debate participation so he could continue as a candidate even though he is still at 0% delegates.
The DNC likes Bloomberg. He has spent 1/2 a billion on anti-Trump ads so far and the DNC will keep him in, even if it is the day before the DNC national convention and he is still at 0% as long as he keeps buying anti-Trump ads. He can get around campaign finance laws by staying a candidate and using his own personal money, otherwise he would have hit the federal donation limit long ago.
I like Bloomberg because he is funny (or at least his campaign manager / PR team is). He is just as troll-ly as Trump. He uses doctored vids and pics like Trump. (Oh, BTW. The golf tweet thing is not real - photoshopped) I don't like Bloomberg for any political office. I just think his tactics are interesting.
The DNC also has him buying anti-Bernie ads. They don't want Bernie either and welcomes Bloomberg using his money against Bernie. They don't expect Bloomberg to win - just help keep Bernie from winning the Democratic nomination.
This is freakin Brilliant.
The “best” mini Mike Bloomberg ad that I have seen (and in my state, I’ve seen $500 million of them).

You don't really know what you're talking about.
"0% delegates" doesn't even make sense.
All the campaigns share resources with the dnc not just Bloomberg.
Bloomberg isn't breaking campaign finance laws as far as we know.
The dnc changed the rule for the debates, not for his candidacy, and the requirement they dropped was a donation threshold, not about how many delegates he has. He doesn't have delegates because he hasn't yet been on any ballots.
He'll be on the ballots soon. And hopefully he continues to have 0 delegates.
If you really believed that all lives matter we wouldn't need to say black lives matter

Sure I do.

It does. He has 0 delegates awarded to him currently out of a total of 4,765 delegates possible. That is 0%.

They do. I never said they didn't. I said he was the only candidate who donated TO the DNC. None of the other candidates did.

Yes. As I said, as long as he is a candidate, he can use his own money for his own candidacy and have unlimited spending on anti-Trump/anti-Bernie ads. Otherwise he would have had to donate and would have hit the federally allowed limit. The way he is doing it is perfectly legal and still within the rules and he gets to bypass any finance laws (in terms of donation limits) that he would have run up against if he was not a candidate.
The dnc changed the rule for the debates, not for his candidacy, and the requirement they dropped was a donation threshold, not about how many delegates he has. He doesn't have delegates because he hasn't yet been on any ballots.
As I said, "Then the DNC changed the requirements for debate participation ...". The "... so he could continue as a candidate even though he is still at 0% delegates" was not meant to be a reason for any previous debate participation exclusion but an observation that they would do such a thing to someone with no delegates yet.
He'll be on the ballots soon. And hopefully he continues to have 0 delegates.
Unless something drastically changes, I don't think he will have many. I think, and hope, Bernie will win the Democrat nomination if things continue as they are.
