Public sector I completely agree with. You shouldn’t be able to take a job serving us, the people, then hold things like our children’s schooling or policing our communities hostage to negotiate perks and pay. They should go to jail. You should either choose to serve the public and accept what is offered, or go work in the private sector where you can bargain with your employer.

However, I must sincerely ask how you, as a small government conservative, think that the banning of private sector unions could or should be legally enforced?

I certainly agree they are economically stifling, but why would you be for Big Government sticking its nose in the consensual relationship between private employers and employees?
