Welcome to the debate. You are running for the Juggalo Party! Here are the real 6 topics of the third debate.

Describe to us why we should vote for you. Feel free to stray off topic or even make them into what you feel is more important to Juggalos. This is not against Trump or Hillary or any other real canidate. This is just for the Juggalo Party nomination so don't bring them up - they are not your oponents.

In the spoilers section are definitions and data I pulled from wikipedia or .gov sites. I make no claim of the accuracy of the information.

After a few days I will add a poll to this so we can find out who wins the debate.

-------------------------------------

Immigration (Or artists switching labels ... or whatever) :

Economy (Or whatever money concerns think needs to be brought up) :

Supreme Court Appointees (Someone from the forums you would appoint and why) :

Foreign Hot Spots (Happenings in the world you are concerned about and how you would fix them) :

Debt and Entitlements (Ummm... I don't know. Boring stuff for me. Just talk about it or something. Feel free to check the spoiler) :

Fitness to be President (Criteria for choosing you) :

-------------------------------------

Immigration:
Immigration is the international movement of people into a destination country of which they are not natives or where they do not possess citizenship in order to settle or reside there, especially as permanent residents or naturalized citizens, or to take-up employment as a migrant worker or temporarily as a foreign worker.

Economy:
The U.S. government tends to spend more money than it takes in, and thus has incurred fiscal deficits almost uninterruptedly during the past several decades. The only time when the government managed to balance a budget in recent history was between 1998 and 2001, when the strong economy resulted in higher-than-usual tax revenues. The fiscal deficit reached the highest point since 1945 in 2009 at 9.8% of GDP, but has improved progressively since

Supreme Court Appointees (Someone from the forums):
The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest federal court of the United States. It has ultimate (and largely discretionary) appellate jurisdiction over all federal courts and over state court cases involving issues of federal law. In the legal system of the United States, the Supreme Court is the final interpreter of federal constitutional law.

Foreign Hot Spots:
Taliban in Afghanistan, Civil War in Syria, Territorial Disputes in South China Sea, North Korea Crisis, War against Islamic State in Iraq. Google for more information.

Debt and Entitlements:
At the end of FY 2016 the gross US federal government debt is estimated to be $19.4 trillion. Entitlements are programs like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, most Veterans' Administration programs, federal employee and military retirement plans, unemployment compensation, food stamps, and agricultural price support programs.

Fitness to be President:
Fitness to be president is not about constitutional prerequisites. Rather, it is about the criteria that voters use in evaluating the candidates. In this or any presidential election, five criteria are most important: First, what are the candidates’ values, views on the issues and priorities? Second, does the candidate have the good judgment and temperament to be president? Third, is the candidate trustworthy? Fourth, does the candidate have the experience and competence to succeed as president? Fifth, does the candidate have the physical and mental ability to handle the grueling duties as president?

Yeah, every time I try to start some writing exercise on here it dies out before it begins.

Personally, I'm not fit to be a juggalo party nominee. I have a bunch of debt, two baby mommas, and I smoke too much pot. I also talk about grabbing pussy and furniture shopping at least 3 times a day. Sometimes I talk about grabbing furniture and pussy shopping.

Edit for spelling

@slumerican502 , damn. I was either going to select you as my running mate or for you to one of the Supreme Court nominees.

Well, Here is my shot at it. If no one else enters then I win by default, right? :P

Immigration:

If you are already in the country illegally, then you are given a chance for legal citizenship based on a vetting process to determine if you may be a threat to this country. I would try to make the path to citizenship for people wishing to enter the country to be easier and more accessible. If after that, you attempt to enter the country illegally, you will be either deported or if your home country won't accept you back, you will be subject to criminal prosecution. There must be a penalty for avoiding legal means to enter the U.S.

I also would focus on the U.S. citizens who are struggling with hardships such as poverty and unemployment as a priority before helping other countries citizens.

Economy:

Again, focus on U.S. before other countries. I would look at why companies have made decisions to move factories outside of the U.S. and make adjustments to tariffs to encourage American businesses to keep their factories here. Since so many factors are involved, I would assemble a team of people much smarter than myself to "think tank" multiple solutions and forward those solutions to economists to determine effectiveness and applicability before presenting to the legislative branch.

Supreme Court Appointees:

Choices! I will not submit one candidate. I would submit a list of candidates for approval. My list would be a diverse group based on political views and ideas. They don't have to agree with me or share my political views but they should want to uphold the constitution within the confines of their personal interpretation. Not sure if upholding the constitution fits everyone in this group since I have not sat down and spoken to everyone listed. My starting list would include @slumerican502 , @lucem-ferre , @nyro , @cheshyr , @noah-fence , @krunkazphuk , @scruffy , @old-mr-dangerous , @bayareashaman and of course @randy-gall . I know that list is primarily liberal but with only forum member to choose, I chose those that have had strong yet opposing views on a variety of things. I believe from such a diverse list, the legislative branch can come to an agreement on at least one of the candidates presented.

Foreign Hot Spots:

Lessen our foreign involvement unless the involvement is absolutely necessary for safety of our country and the citizens. We have many social and economic issues within this country to solve as a priority before we start looking outward to others.

Debt and Entitlements:

I would not want to take away any government pensions or social security or even veteran benefits. I would want to commission a review on the best way to handle social entitlements like welfare and food stamps. They need to be a "Band-Aid" to stop bleeding not a lifetime crutch or even a comfy chair. With me having no experience in these matters as I have never taken un-employment, welfare, or any other of the entitlement programs, this would have to be a commission "think tank" project like the economy issues described above. Again, multiple solutions proposed and researched before legislative presentation. For payment of these programs, I believe in a flat tax. My secretary of treasurer would have to figure out how much would be needed and what flat percentage (no deduction or loopholes allowed) of earned income will be necessary.

Fitness to be President:

I believe my strongest asset would be my cabinet appointees and advisors which would not just be "yes" men but people who have varying positions on a variety of issues. I don't want my cabinet to be an echo chamber for me. It needs to be diverse in opinion to advise me. My list of advisors would include conservatives, liberals, and moderates, blue and white collar workers, business owners from small to large corporations, and any one else that helps represent the opinions of the people that I would be entrusted to serve. The same list I had for the Supreme Court appointees would also be a good start on the diversity of opinions I would need with maybe a few additions like @spookythefungi , @turnafraze , @yakkattack , @86 , @rosco , and @sean-law .

My running mate would be someone to help keep some of my hard-line beliefs in check. I am leaning towards someone like @slumerican502 or @ocj_brendan .

....

If I didn't mention you in my list of justices or advisors, it is probably because I don't recall having any political discourse on here with you. As you can see, I want people who have agreed and completely disagreed with me on my staff. I believe it would be an effective way to keep my outlook open to the many sides of the issues that our country faces.

I actually agree with most of your points, good sir. Despite being mostly liberal, I think most people would agree on your beliefs.

However, it is apparent that you are only using me to help secure the Psychonaut, Agnostic, Budtender, Maniac vote. I'll join you, and I accept the nomination, but I expect plenty of sweet, sweet corruption. Lotssss of corruption...

There's no such thing as genocide, since we all have skeletons.

I had one terrorism dream for the past two nights. One, was sudden and awful, as I was in a windowless room with average strangers, suddenly a half dozen armed masked terrorists came down the hall. I was full of terror, so I just ran out into the hallway, they screamed and shot and I awoke... the next dream was more invigorating. I was an older bearded guy who lived in an impossibly large skyscraper. Terrorists were all over different parts of the building, so I went to one room and found a helicopter. Flew it around to the front of the glass building, where about 1,000 people were sitting happily at a lecture. I began to use the helicopter to open fire.

Sex slavery is the worst thing ever and I will not make a joke about it.

Political corruption is like a piece of cheese... here, here!

Legal pot is bullshit. I FOUND THAT CLAY POT at the excavation site, first! I deserve credits! Keep it illegal!

Immigration:

I will kill anybody that tries to leave or enter this country with out the proper paperwork allowing you to do either. In fact, even if you try leaving your state and entering another state I will kill you if you don't have the proper paperwork. That fixes that. AMERICA.

Economy:

Everybody works to make me money. I will give you a comfortable living making sure you never go homeless but you will never move up in the world and become rich. So fucking Jose that lazy mother fucker that thinks he can use his missing hand as an excuse to not work as hard as the rest of the crew will always get treated the same as you who works his ass off ten times harder than everybody else. Not much will change except you won't have to struggle to pay your bills. The country will be filled with factories and we will make everything then sell it to the rest of the world.

Supreme Court Appointees:

Sharon Osbourn, Bill O'Reilly, Jim Cornet, Tila Tequila, just people that I think would fairly represent the juggalo culture.

Foreign Hot Spots:

I'll kill them all if they don't submit before my might. I have nukes, I have the power.

Debt & Entitlements

Well, in my economic plan I explained how we will get out of debt. We will be making tons of goods and selling them. But really, all of you will be in eternal debt to me over the housing and funding plans that gave you a permanent residence where your economic status can never get better. I will be selling a 5 step get rich quick plan that won't work.

Fitness to be President

Yeah, this will by my 5 step exorcise program that doesn't work.

I also want to state that once I become god.. I mean president I will be working on a way to eradicate or extremely dull the emotions so you will never have to worry about feeling empty inside when living your meaningless worker bee life under my command.

Okay. Since @psyral-infection  Is the only one to do this so far (And thanks for the mention) I will be throwing my hat into the ring.

Immigration:
The influx of people into our country has an adverse effect on the country as a whole. From the first immigrants (Colonial Americans) forward immigration has brought trouble with it. I would make the immigration process more difficult. Taking into consideration not only the individual's knowledge of American culture, history (History forgotten is bound to repeat itself), and language and the individual's criminal background but also the individuals Capacity to survive without government assistance, And the individual's credit score. This keeps the bar of people we are letting into the country fairly high. Illegals already in the country would be deported or, if unable to go home, put into the D.O.C.  Those in the D.O.C. can then work toward their citizenship exams.

Economy:

The first step toward taking care of our economy means taking care of our poverty line. I would start by raising taxes on all imported goods, lowering taxes on domestic goods and implementing a federal sales tax on all good sold from, or within, the U.S.A. as well as offering assistance to Corporations looking to move their operations into the U.S.A. The first couple years we would keep the income taxes on all working persons. This money would be used as a Bank Bailout - Housing fund. I would use the money from the income taxes to purchase the home that banks have foreclosed upon (As the banks need help financially) and those homes can be used to house impoverished families.

This brings jobs, and affordable shelter, below the poverty line. The more comfortable your people feel the more productive they become. Better living for the little man, the bigger the GNP becomes.

Supreme Court Appointees:

Much like @psyral-infection I would submit a list of people who have varying views. I would alsomake sure that within my list are a few very lazy people and a few very cheap people. The lazy man will find the easiest way to get something done. The cheap man will find the cheapest. I do not have Enough knowledge of anyone on here top know who belongs on a list like this so you can all submit your applications and... We'll be in touch.

Foreign Hot Spots:

We have spent 93% of our time, since becoming a nation in 1776, has been spent at war. That is about 92% too much. I would slowly pull troops out of anywhere not actively engaged in battle. If there were other troops (Russia, china etc.) in areas of battle we would back them up until they no longer needed it. Our country has spent $2.1 Trillion on war, With only one major conflict being on our own soil. That is  far to much  meddling in foreign affairs.

Debt and Entitlements:

Our economy is bleeding money from it's heart. This, I believe, is from a platitude of issues. From Foreign based companies taking american money as profits overseas, A numerous amount of people unemployed (My figuring says it is far higher than they media reports. They do not take into account those who do not, or have not, been on unemployment.) and on welfare. So we start by offering incentives to companies to bring jobs back to our soil, offering low income, or possibly even free housing (Via bank bailout) homes to the impoverished, and funding training resources for adults to learn a trade. As time goes on we will have more jobs, more value within our country, and less families needing SNAP or TANF.

Fitness to be President:

I am a creative person. You cannot solve problems without a little ingenuity. Through my own imaginative way of thinking, and my cabinet members, who will be named later, we can do anything.

Whoop Whoop TurnaFraze :
