I think @scottied has been in charge way too long. If I was still running and won the election, I would first repeal and replace the Scottie Care Act. Then put a term limit of 1 week. Basically we take turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week and all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs, but by a two-thirds majority in the case of external affairs.
