I just finished watching FBI director James Comey's press conference on the matter of Hillary Clinton's private server, and while evidence shows that gross negligence occured, and that it is possible that foreign parties have gained access to the information in her emails, the FBI is not reccomending charges based on cases in the past of the same sort not landing a conviction.
He also stated that in most circumstances there would be disciplinary action from the organization the offender, but that has nothing to do with the criminal case.

Mostly because they can't prove she mishandled the information willfully. So it's basically if you accidentally did something really bad and royally fucked up at your job, except of getting fired or discipled, like we would, she's getting promoted to CEO.
Always a technicality when it comes to being the right person.

The FBI "recommend" no charges be filed. That doesn't mean no charges will be filed.
I find it hard to believe that Obama's DoJ would file charges against his Secretary of State pick. I mean Loretta Lynch was caught meeting with Bill Clinto after all. Plus, Comey is a Republican, who has a history with Hillary. I have a feeling if the CHI had evidence that he thinks would make charges stick, he would have announced a reccomendation for indictment.
Either way, this shows gross incompetence from the former Secretary of State and shows she is not qualified to be the commander-in-chief of our military. She had emails containing top secret information (actual tops secret classification) on PRIVATE servers. Comey said in the conference that using a commercial server would have been more secure.
Psyral, you know a bit about cyber-security, right? What do you think the likelihood is that foreign parties accessed these emails?
I'm rambling, my bad.
