Markus Meechan, AKA Count Dankula, was the one who taught his girlfriend’s dog to imitate a Nazi Salute and posted it on Youtube. The video starts with him saying “My girlfriend is always ranting and raving about how cute and adorable her wee dog is so I thought I would turn him into the least cute thing I could think of, which is a Nazi.” He got arrested. Fined. Had funds seized from his bank account by the UK government. All over a joke.
