Carl Benjamin, AKA Sargon of Akkad, AKA The Thinkery, was one of about 5 people who created the Kekistan thing using loopholes in the UK parliament declaration of classification of ethnicity.

Markus Meechan, AKA Count Dankula, was the one who taught his girlfriend's dog to imitate a Nazi Salute and posted it on Youtube. The video starts with him saying "My girlfriend is always ranting and raving about how cute and adorable her wee dog is so I thought I would turn him into the least cute thing I could think of, which is a Nazi." He got arrested. Fined. Had funds seized from his bank account by the UK government. All over a joke.
