ICP do fantastic as a unit. However, they both excel solo as well. As long as the other half visits for a few guest spots and choruses.
I would say Shaggy’s best solo joints are definitely the solo albums. He kicks ass. Violent J excelled the most for “Wizard of the Hood”. And since he lyrically is featured more than Shaggy by about a 3:1 margin, I believe he has had a ton of stellar solo tracks. From “The Loons” to “Blaaam!!!” to “The Tower” to “Bloody Bitch Dead” to “14 Years Old” to “The Mom Song”.

As for shaggy, I’d go with Stomp, The Zipper, Our Hero, Half Full and Make It Happen.
Considering best lyrical verses comes Dark Lotus’ Villainous to mind, maybe simply because I enjoy his part the most on this track.

Old Mr Dangerous, thanks for sharing. That’s awesome. I’ve heard it once during one audio stream and couldn’t get the full name of it. And yesterday I could find this website where found tons of beats audio tracks from dozens of new artists. That’s an awesome audio resource, and looks like their audio database is becoming bigger.
