You met the long haired hippie. He’s still there, has a good amount of Juggalo in him. We talked today about the Con and he is down to roll.
Mostly they were all excited and curious to meet you guys. I’m still that random Yankee that drove out with his family on an adventure, so they’re ponderous about what we are about.
I predict 2018 to be a great year, as naive as that sounds. Stay tuned

Was there the other day flying to Phoenix. Those murals are fucking weird. There’s a lot of birds flying around inside, a couple almost smeared my daughter’s cranium while they shared Burger King breakfasts with him.
Red Rocks is so dope. I haven’t been to a show there yet, but took the family for a mid autumn walk and it was one of the coolest things ever. A band was playing up top where they sell beer and shit, and there’s a museum inside the rock. Bunch of yoga folks in all white were doing, uh, yoga outside in the cloudless sky. Dope place.

Yeah for sure. Exquisite corpse is a drawing game so that’s why I’m thinking that. I’m still thinking other stuff too cuz I don’t really game much.

For real, we tried to do a Game where every time Cheech and/or Chong say the word “man” in their movies, you took a gulp of beer. LIGHT beer. Even that was too much. We weren’t thugs I guess lol. Also, the F word in Pulp Fiction, The Big Lebowski, Casino, etc.
I have an idea now, finally. Something like they do on Hot Ones with the increasingly hot sauces. I’ll work on it a bit.

BREAKING SPECIAL REPORT
okay, heres what it is…
i needs to know, PRONTO, who is for certain gonna be at the DCGCON, that would be willing to setup and work an FLH Forum Midway, and who is prepared to get to hackin away at it fairly soon.
obviously it puts a bit more of a rush on things, but the main thing is, i gotta know if it can be done, and everyone who would be involved, right the fuck away. basicly, now. at latest, by sunday night.
but… if we can guarantee the event will go down proper, there is a fairly substantial space available, right fuckin now, that we can have for a for-real FLH Forum Midway. IF there is no question that the people runnin it will hook up all the hookups in time, appear when theyre sposed to, work it when their sposed to, and the thing has at least a modicum of quality to it. games must be free to play, prizes are more or less incidental.
this is a strike-while-the-iron-is-hot kinda deal, so dont dillydally. if you wants to see this happen, get at me posthaste!
ima put this in the gathering event thread, too, just in case. but in any case, all yaz that would like to help throw a fully sanctioned midway event at the dcgcon, tell me immediately. post it, pm it, email it, i dont give a fuck, but speak on it, while ya have a chance to.

figure out four-five-six carnie games that can be assembled and run by whatever number of ninjas end up signing on.
make signage that doesnt count as eyesore.
get a load of cheap but cute prizes, if prizes are to be given out. which they should be.
actually runnin the games should be a snap. no money involved, so nobody is gettin over on anybody, so one or two people could run even a half-dozen games simultaneously, i would think. in a pinch. better if each booth has somebody playin the carnie, though.
hardest part i see at the moment is building the games, and transporting em to denver.

id personally love to have some balloons darts goin on. but that would require lots of attention. probably a ninja to run it and count the darts, and keep the game safe; and a whole other ninja just blowin up ballons, reloading the stapler, and shooing away juggalos that wanna play with the air tank [you know theyll wanna].
obviously bb guns are out out out. but could maybe do sumn like the red star game, where ya toss pennies onto a target and try to cover it completely, sumn like that.
