Poop stories eh?
You guys ever like, gently try to release a fart and you feel warm wet shit squirt out between your cheeks. In a panic you head for the nearest bathroom, trying to walk like you didn't just shit your pants. Then you, confused at how this still happens as a grown man, take your underwear off and try to wipe the excess shit off of your asshole. Then comes the decision of do you flush them, and risk flooding the bathroom, or, do you ball them up and place them in the trash, covering them with papertowels to hide your embarrassment of your body's inability to properly separate shit/farts.

Holy shit, ive heard stories about you! Your THAT guy, wow!
I once had a coworker tell me about going at it doggy style with a lady and she asked him to jam a finger in her rectal cavity. He did slowly and hesitantly. When they finished she said it was ok to pull his finger out. His words telling this story were exactly this. " I pulled my finger out like i was pull starting a lawnmower." Him telling this story with full facial features of slight disgust, fingers wiggling around, then doing the 90's lawn mower dance was hilarious and an instant classic. Ill never forget this till the day i die.

I am worried about getting the psychical version where i live in Europe, its rare to find a store selling ICP albums, if it even does exists, so if i pre-order will it even make it in time? and how will it work with the whole Flip the rat EP? I will be emailing them back once i get FFF here, and then they will send me a copy? It will probably take months before i receive Flip the rat EP, i just think the whole system is a bit strange to me if it really is like that.
Why not just put the EP in the psychical version already? A double CD case would have worked out way better, or that it comes with a cd sleeve? Anything is better than emailing them the proof of purchase!
Why not do like System Of A Down did? look how great its put together, 2 CDS together in one album!

Citation, please! I don't not believe you but I'm thorough :P
Either way, I can pretty much guarantee that he misspoke because they definitely worked on about half a dozen tracks before the tour started. They were tweeting from the studio and dropped a bunch of song titles. It has definitely been in the works.

This happens so often. I don't understand why they don't just wait until the album is complete and ready to release before they announce a date. That way they could focus on promoting the album and they would never have to worry about pushing the date back.
just this. I dont get it. If this was their second album or third, but by the time they're working at their, what, 15th studio album, they should know how uncomfortable this is. Man.
I dont think this citation ("start working on it after the tour") is entirely true, at all, but anyways. I dont get why they get into a situation like that.

Maybe the album is ready and they told J they had enough pressed for 50 states and J was like fuck man, we can't forget them other 2 states. I know I said fuck em but we gotta have enough for everybody.

Yeah J has definitely talked about being the in the studio and named several songs they have been working on, so they are not just now beginning working on the album.
It is relatively normal for a band to give a release date without being done with the album. But, they have to meet deadlines. So for example you can know that in order to have a release date of X then you need to be done tracking by date Y. Because you can build in a pretty standard amount of time for mastering, promotion, and manufacturing. That's why ICP has got to understand why they pissed some people off not just because the album was delayed, but because they did it nearly 24 hours before the stated release date. In my mind, they definitely would have known it would not make the 10/26 release date probably at least a couple months ago. Unless there was something totally unexpected that transpired at the last minute, they managed their project poorly.
But as I've said before, it's all good. We're lucky they still put albums out this far into their career, so if it takes 4 more months for them to get their shit together (family life, professional life, health, etc.) or put out a better product than we would have gotten had it come out 10/26, then so be it.

Also, no way I believe the "they weren't happy with the end product so they're redoing some of it" line... if that's the case, we wouldn't have had a lot of tracks on both Missing Links ever surface. Also, dont forget the inevitable outtakes cds.
Also, none of us here are ICP. None of us has ever ran a huge record label that dealt with manufacturing, distribution and a million other facets. We dont have any idea all of the cooperation and business deals that go into this. That being said, ICP run a particularly unique business model. As noted above, most other modern musicians dont adhere to their model of actual compact disc release and such.
It's not any kind of conspiracy, panic attack crisis, or drama.
The truth is (AS ALWAYS), it is probably more boring than we would even care to know.

I feel they need to get their asses off of the road and get in the studio more. They seem to CONSTANTLY be on tour nowadays. Which i guess is the only real way they can make money these days but when you need to finish an album surely you can just take 3 months off from touring to get it finished. If that pointless Milenko and Friends tour had never of happened we might all be bumping FFF right now.
I still have a lot of faith that the album will be good tho. A lot of it was made during a period when J was skinny/semi skinny which makes him more motivated, a better rapper (and a better writer/lyricist for some weird reason) along with the rumored producers (MEC, Mike P, Seven, Str8Jacket) and Young Wicked's non involvement (which always makes me do a little happy dance inside when i think about it) I'm really hoping for something special.
I'm still salty as fuck right now because of how they handled it but if that 4 months makes all the difference to the record then i'm sure in February i'll be happy.
