It's pretty clear that Ouija and/or Lyte are ghostwriting for them now lol
doubtful...at most they helped them with the flow but ICP have rapped faster before Lyte and Ouija were ever around lol lyrics still sounded like shit J would write which is pretty hard to mimic as J's pretty all over the place and I doubt someone with J's...umm...ego...would let someone else write his shit

ICP were never rapping like they are since Ouija/Lyte arrived, even during their golden era they still used very elementary/simple rhyme schemes.

Dope. Could have been way more furious being that it's titled Fury, but it's supposedly coming from the Flip, and I will only be holding on to my wig in hopes that it will be peeled back upon arrival of Fearless Fred Fury as a whole, which may not be fully revealed or understood for the next year or more. Hype? I have been since day one!MMFWCL matho fakoz!
Ninja! I stapled my wig piece back on and used gorilla glue to help secure it for when FFF attempts to blow it back off again. I Flex sealed them shits for when Flip wants to do backflips all on my dome pieces.
Fuck the Avengers and Nick Fury, Fred Fury is the real end game mutha facko'zs!
Red FRED RED Fred whoop whoop!!
Ouija and Lyte defiantly wrote some shit on that song. Nothing wrong with that.

I have to admit, I don't really like this song. It's better than WTF, but, I made a comment on reddit that I think I'm discovering that I just don't like Str8 Jacket's production style. I could be proven wrong. I feel like there are moments in the beat/vocals where there's a big lack of clarity and things just get into sounding like jumbled noise. WTF was way worse in that department.
J and Shaggy have some good lyrics and delivery for the most part but something about J's voice in some of the tracks we've heard since MML sounds off to me too.

I liked this way more than WTF.
My only criticism is that I can't understand what the fuck they are saying at the start of the chorus but it goes something like this..
"hates on ya face son, retaliation, napalm it's on"
It's something like that, honestly it's pissing me off cause there's all these bullshit noises in the background just like WTF and it's really hard to make out exactly what they are saying.
Am I the only one having trouble hearing this shit?

Uhhhhh, yea.
The rest of us in can hear perfectly-ville can easily make out what J is saying.
Your getting kind of up there in age OG, its best you consult your Ear doctor and get one of them hearing test with the beeping headphone things again, like when you were a kid. How's your sign language skills?
Nah, just fucking with ya, J's vocals are so damn muffled in that chorus I'm surprised you were able to understand that much.

J wrote some more complex shit around the hell's pit/black rain era.
I wouldn't be surprised it YW ghost wrote them and now ouija/lyte.
But they could also just be trying harder.

Retaliatiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiioooooooooonnnnnnnn hahahaha. I fuckin’ love when j drones on. The droning noise at the very end reminds me of mental warp. This track definitely delivers anger. Str8 jacket’s production for this track sounds good to me. Dope track.

No ghost writing on this one. Very distinctly J and Shaggy lyrics. Its just the rhyme patterns you aren't used to. J can rap his fucking ass off when he wants to. I still think his best verses are up there with anyone alive. Just wish there was more of that nowadays.

New FFF TRAP...uh, Track, Fury.More tolerable than 'WTF', but its just missing something.
So Basically FFF is telling people to 'Fite Bak' now and to not hold in and harbor those feelings because we all loose when people snap.
That's what I'm getting from this song.
I totally agree that this song is "missing" something. In my opinion, what it's missing is that unique sounds they only have when they work with MEC.
I actually kinda like the sound, but it just has that generic sound that so many underground and hardcore rappers use today. It doesn't scream ICP.
I could pick out a MEC beat a mile away. I mean a song like "The Blasta" on MDP is unmistakable as ICP and MEC together.
I just can't believe they have access to a producer of the caliber of MEC, yet don't feed him and keep him in the fold like they should have.
But I digress, Fury is a good song, but something is indeed "missing".

what about J's speedy ass verse on Zug Izland's Fire?...or the shit he was spittin around the Hell's Pit/Wizard of the Hood era that someone else mentioned? lol lyrically it really doesn't sound much different than what ICP has done before and I don't see it as being super complex either just better rapping than a lot of what they've given us lately...as of late J's been trying to be a little too experimental with his flow I think to where it sort of takes away from the verse itself (example being his shit on Cuss Words, that Noided track, Ouija's Diamonds song)...Fury is a good example of experimental shit for them that actually works for the most part (still think they could have done a better job with the chorus but hey I'm sure there will be other fresh choruses on FFF)

Might just be J. I think he does most of the heavy lifting for ICP lyrics.

Well let me just say right off the bat that I do not in any way believe J has lyrics ghost written for him. There was an article I think sometime last year or the year before though where Shaggy admitted sometimes he raps stuff that he did not write. He didn't name names but I took that as though he was referring to J and/or Young Wicked at the time.
But anyway, about J's verse on "Fire". I love that song and that verse, but, it is very very obvious that he didn't actually rap like that in 1 take. It sounds like it was 1 of 2 things, or possibly a combination of both. He may have rapped to a beat that was half the speed of the song, and then his verse was sped up to double time and that's how it fit. This is a very easy thing to do. If the song is at like 140 bpm and you record to 70bpm it's a 2 second process to apply the speed up effect and make it work. The other option could be he did rap that fast but only a few words at a time and everything was cut together to put it all as 1 verse.
But yeah, J is definitely capable of more than the world at large gives him credit for. A song like "Burning Up" is a great example. And honestly, a lot of what he does in the Wizard Of The Hood EP is possibly the best body of work for J in terms of delivery and flow. Shaggy has also shown off some impressive styles, FTFO I think is his masterpiece. People don't really think of J and Shaggy as "musicians", but, they are. And they've been doing this a long time. It's not hard to believe they'd evolve and try out different styles and explore different influences they've acquired over the years. I've been a musician myself for like not even half as long as ICP and this is something I very much relate to even at this stage.
Sorry for the long post dudezz, I just started typing and I hadn't smoked in a few days and I'm finishing up a bowl having a good time over here.

PRETTY MUCH.
I MEAN THEY DID STEP UP THE RAPPING.
BUT THE CONTENT IS VERY MUCH THE SAME ELEMENTARY SKOOL CRY BABY BULLY BULLY SAD SONG.
THEY NEED TO RAP ABOUT OCCULT MAGICK. NOT KINDERGARTEN BULLIES.
SO YEA THE RAPPING WAS BETTER.. BUT THE CHORUS ' FITE BAAACKK FIITE BAAACKKK'
IS HORRIBLE!!!
THE MATERIAL ON 'BROTHERS EP' IS WAY BETTER THAN ANYTHING FFF SO FAR!!

Very good track. I liked Shaggy's rhymes much more this time around.
I've only listened to it on my cell, so if I like it just from hearing it on there, then it's a good track.
The album will be good. It cant be anymore bland that "Lost" (which actually had some great tracks on there).
Good stuff.
Good.
Goo.
Go.

You sir, are correct!
It's like they are purposely trying to loose their rap identities and, Production wise, sound like every soundcloud rapper they themselves helped to inspire. Yes you have to appeal to a younger generation of juggalos, but most of them became fans because ICP were so different and not the same as they're peers.
MEC is ICP, he's the third member. I don't give a fuck about shags older bro...or the other guy. MEC put them on THE fucking map, Period. If it wasn't for him, after COC them two would have been working blue collar jobs or been locked up. So to spit in the guys face after the entire Death Pop thing, I understand why he is so vague when it comes to Psy/ICP now. That wasn't bad business...that was some under handed foul shit they done to a lifelong friend.
They honestly do not deserve MEC at this point. They put a dollar over friendship.
Look at the impact Death Pop had, Chart wise/Sales/Promo.
Then look at how TMML released.
Look at the shit show we have now, FFF. Boy is this smooth sailing, Lol!
Now out of those three Cards, which one did MEC oversee?
I keep telling people, MEC is a full blown producer, not just a simpleton beat maker. The money they saved that day was not worth all the money and headaches they have right about now.
Now we have to enjoy sounds being mashed together and J doing his best Ouija Macc impression.
"YOU FUCKED UP....YOU FUCKED UP....YOU FUCKED UP....YOU FUCKED UP...."
