Everyone is going to have their own feelings on it, and that's great, but do you guys think that there is honestly any chance with all this Covid-19 shit going, everyone cancelling tours, people getting sick, possibly dying, etc. etc. that this "beef" thing ends?

Again, some people are going to have hard feelings on Twiztid because of the march and other bullshit that has happened, but i'm kind of wondering if since the guys are getting older, if maybe this will kind of show them even more now that life is so short and anything can fuck up the world and end shit at any moment.

I will always support both, both have made mistakes, both have done shit correctly, but by far, neither party has been perfect, I just want some kind of closure I guess? two thriving labels, that do shit together, no bullshit, no drama, nothing. I still remember my brother getting me into the Clowns around the House of Horrors tour. He bought me Milenko, Riddle Box and Mostasteless around then as well and my parents had just gotten divorced and those three albums holding my life together and they still do after all this time with the hardships that I have in my life.

So I honestly wanted to know what you guys thought of all this nonsense and a possible reconciliation

I would like to see some sort of reconciliation, but I don't think things will ever be back to the way they were. Twiztid will never be on Psychopathic records again, and I doubt we'll ever get another Dark Lotus or Psychopathic Rydas album, or any kind of joint tour.

But a collab? Maybe. Or them at gotj 2021? Possibly.

I don't know if this will do it, but it would be nice to see. Even if the relationship is forever different, it doesn't have to be forever severed. Only time will tell for sure. I wouldn't hold my breath for it though.

I'd love to see it. But at this point ICP wants to be more of an entertainment brand rather than a rap group. So I doubt much music would come of it anyway.

Short answer, no. I kinda think things are fine the way they are. I don't even want them to talk about each other unless its vaguely positive and brief. Twiztid/MNE and ICP/Psy have different goals and they could not exist together on the same label. They shouldn't feel forced to do things together, that creates more conflict. I love DL, but forced DL? the magic is gone. Enjoy the albums we already have.

Recently on a Shaggy and the Creep podcast, Shaggy was talking about how there will be no Big Money Thrusters or any kind of third Big Money movie and laughed and said obviously one of the big reasons is cause we are never going to work with Twiztid again. So take that for what you will.

They will probably patch things up eventually like they have done multiple times with Esham. But when? Only time will tell.

The on and off beef with Esham is different. It's like, coming from ICP's perspective, I think they are aware that the man behind the rap persona that inspired then and changed their lives is in reality a mentally ill man. Esham is who he is and has a chip on his shoulder, for sure. And a lot of it is understandable. He is their sensei. Of course it can be worked out if the sensei extends the olive branch.

With Twiztid, who ICP more or less "made", it's like a mutiny by soldiers.

Let the arguments begin.

Yeah I mean, I really wish they would go back to just being a band and not an entertainment brand.

I miss when they were just a band who wrestle for a major wrestling promotion, started their own wrestling company, licensed a comic series, put out a couple of movies, had action figures, appeared in video games, and reacted to videos on YouTube.

Difference is. Then they were doing that shit AND putting out some of the best music of their careers, put out new albums practically every year. Had a full roster of amazing artists they were working with and collaborating with. They were musicians first.

Now? Oujia is the only one on PSY who seems to be interested in making music.

I've said it before. This isn't a knock on the clowns. If ANYONE has earned a retirement it's them. They should do whatever the fuck they want to do. But that doesn't mean we can't call a spade a spade. You know?

I agree that if anyone has earned a retirement, it is them. And that they dont produce nearly as much music. And (arguably) it isnt as good (overall) than their previous efforts.

However, I'd rather hear from old friends once or twice a year than not hear from them at all. Let's me know that they're still out there, still creative and having fun.

When they said "we dont care what happens now, we swing our hatchets and we're proud" they meant it, for better or worse.

The shout out on Majik Ninja's version of Rydas by Madrox was pretty damned dope, in my opinion. Even though it was a fictional character (Lil Shank) within another fictional character (Jamie Madrox) giving other fictional characters (Full Clip and Bullet) props, the sentiment rang true, as if it really were James Spaniolo giving props to Joey Utsler and Joseph Bruce.

I am not surprised that it came from Madrox only. I don't expect anyone else to speak on it from that label. Monoxide currently lacks the humility. The others may not be comfortable with the potential repercussions by their label bosses. Or just don't care or have any investment in the stupid beef.

I hope not. I like things the way they are now. ICP & Twiztid doing their own thing.

Ok I guess I can't un-whoop that for clarity, but I only agree that the beef with Esham is completely different. And yeah Esham is crazy in a different way than most of us are used to. "I hate J he's fucking racist" one second, then "we did a weird album together just the two of us" the next. I don't get him at all, I dont think anyone does including himself..

Twiztid- I see how it felt shitty with all the secretiveness of establishing everything while still on Psy then being like Surprise, We're gone! That sucked to hear about for me too but ultimately I dont think Twiztid did anything wrong. Obviously none of us know exactly what happened but I strongly suspect Twiztid tried to bring up ideas and grievances for years until it was clear they really just needed to do thier own thing. I believe in loyalty and gratefulness for giving them a platform and support, but I also dont think you have to be under your mentors thumb forever no matter what. This has all probably been said before since this happened what, 8 years ago but whatever I said some stuff haha

I watch those Monoxide smoke sessions he does on IG/Facebook, and it's pretty clear from those chats that he doesn't want anything to do with ICP ever again. In his latest ones he calls for juggalos to call themselves something different because they're perceived as cliche mainstream trashy stereotypes now..

People get older and slow down. They're still working. My point was that they were never just about music, and they're still releasing dope shit. It might be less frequent, but it's still there. It's not like they haven't dropped anything in a couple of years or something.

I like twiztid more as themselfs than the band I never liked their music much some was good but most was a miss for me.

I wanted to buy some funko pops off Paul he was doing some great deals like 3 for $25 off his instagram page it's insane the amount of funko's he has and he would not sell me any because I am from Canada but I understand out of country shipping is a bitch.

don't follow twiztid on instagram follow Jamie and Paul individually much better feeds

and yes I believe they will work together again but not before the 25th gathering of the Juggalos then I believe we see a new Lotus album and maybe even big money thrusta's

see, I kinda feel the opposite. at least about Monoxide. I love his music but I don't particular care for Paul all that much. Jamie seems like a great dude though. i'd love to grab a beer with him and talk comic books.

I just came to say I def dont think juggalos should call themselves something different because they're just seen as idiot white trash. That's our roots and how the world has always seen us... I was under the impression we didn't give a fuck. I certainly don't. If a person wants to write me off as a stereotype. ANY stereotype, then cool. Nice not knowing ya. 🤘

Yeah, man. If Paul actually said that shit then it sounds like a frustrated attempt to try and "fish in" the Juggalo fanbase. Or maybe try to attempt to conquer through division.

That would be like a member of Slipknot leaving the band on bad terms and begging fans to not call themselves Maggots.

"Don't degrade yourselves, yall!" Said Monoxide Child. "The word 'Juggalo' is derogatory in the mainstream! Come join the Twiztid pack of fans! We can call ourselves, uh, Majik Ninjas! Or Twizzlers! Whatever the fuck you want that gets us the most media attention and merch sales! Because goddamit, why didn't IIIII get to start the entire Juggalo phenomenon?!?!!? Whyyyyyyy!!???!"

Sad truth to Paul, that will never fucking happen. The word 'Juggalo' will be in the common lexicon for hundreds of years. Twiztid, whom I love dearly, will not.

P.S. - imagine the fucking pretentiousness factor involved if there actually were a vocal group of Majik Ninja-only supporters out there, trying their damndest to create a new phenomenon that (in my opinion) is not something that is possible to try and create. You can't make a phenomenon happen willingly. You may strive for it, pray for it, and even mimic the attempts of those before you, but you will not be to make the almost inexplicable sparks fly that come from true spontaneous musical phenomena. There are too many contributing factors of chaos.
