What’s up, guys? I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on ICP’s use of the FFF for promotion for their new card. There is a rapper named Ray Mosley that has been rapping for a while now and has been going by Fred Flipper Frankenstein or simply FFF for the past couple of years, and his logo is a red FFF.

It looks like a pretty clear case of intellectual theft. How fucking unoriginal can you get? This is obviously a stolen name. I would think the heirs of Mary Shelley’s estate could demand legal recourse but honestly the novel fell into public domain long ago. What are ya gonna do?

I just thought it was interesting that his logo is 3 red F’s, one of them stands for Fred, and he has sent in demos to both MNE and Psychopathic in the past.

Those demos most likely were filed in the trash can. Three red F’s is not his concept anyways… tons of people use it. From the Fast Forward Festival to the French Football Foundation, the format is almost a trope. This guy is a scab.

Yes, I’m aware that people don’t own acronyms. I’m talking about 3 coincidences related to one thing. And I didn’t say that FFF owned that logo. I said that it looks similar and ICP knows that he exists. Not trying to start shit with people. Just pointing out something that I happened to notice.

I’m saying that neither ICP or the cat you posted can ever claim they invented three red F’s or had the set-up ripped off from them. They all picked it up somewhere to some degree, are just passing it along to some degree, adding their own to some degree.
How can you know that ICP knows he exists? That’s where you are making a jump. Do you any have proof they do? You didn’t present any beyond that laughable demo theory. Did they acknowledge this guy or something? I don’t think you are starting shit lol I’m just curious.

He had the same manager as Lex the Hex Master, so it’s likely that he was mentioned to them beyond the demo that he sent on his own. Since both sides are recruiting acts, it follows that they would be exploring all of the options. Particularly when they follow up on a lead like Lex that pays off to some degree. I’ll let you know when I get something to confirm, but I’m not bullshitting here.

Bonesaw, I looked over this FFF guys social media. He’s pretty vocal about the whole thing but I couldn’t see any evidence whatsoever to support his claim, just ranting. Seems like a coincidence and those happen every day. There are only 26 letters in the alphabet after all. The main thing here in my opinion is that afaik no one outside PSY knows what the FFF thing is anyways. Thinking Fred is one of the F’s is just speculation at this point. Even if it is, I don’t see how this helps this guys case. He is a true unknown, I read underground news every day and I’ve never heard of him. He isn’t even pretend famous. He’s maybe St. Louis famous but idk. Good post though. Interesting stuff.

Right? You can physically feel the heat coming off that guy. It’s kind of amusing how steamed he is. He truly believes he was ripped-off… but they don’t award court judgements based on belief. As much as ICP “recycles” ideas, I really think this Frankenstein guy is just caught up in a coincidence. I mean, three red Fs? What kind of IP is that?
