I happy you weren’t getting groceries my friend.
the one and only answer is Jim Johnston
Jim Johnston did all the classic WWF/E music for decades
it’s a match made in Shangri-La

Sike. But since you’re here… what producer, beatmaker, etc would you like to see ICP make an album with?
Moreover, who do you think has the potential to “bring out the best” in the Clowns? Even if for just one album. Hell, even one track.
there’s this super producer out of detroit named Mark E Clark that ICP should work with. i bet they’d make some great albums together.

DJ Muggs would be dope. I’d love them to try (and probably fail) to take on that dark slow sound he’s been on (again) lately.
Also, some of the stuff he produced for Die Antwoord practically sound like ICP beats already:
If somebody’d only listen to that instrumental and were tasked to name it, “Dark Carnival” would probably be the result.
This one is obviously an homage to Cypress Hill, but it also has some very ICP-ish elements to it.

I was going to put “other than Mike E. Clark” because of course lol
And Smack, that’s two T’s, bitchboy! I’ll be living near you in August so keep the poutine steamy for me, lil britches. Not sure what the groceries jab was about, but good work and thanks for the reply.
Good stuff so far. I think a Shaggy 2 Dope solo album produced by RZA would be so fucking strange that it would be phenomenal. Dark Kung fu shit.

Yooo that first track.. you could’ve said it was an unearthed MEC best from The Terror Wheel and I wouldn’t have doubted!

Dude, I would absolutely lose my mind if Jim Johnston produced an ICP album. I make music for licensing and casual listening and I credit Jim Johnston’s work for being the first to make me believe it was a possible avenue for me. What works so well about earlier ICP albums, mostly on the first deck, is that each track was custom made for the concept of the song as opposed to just writing to beats. Johnston’s ability to make music to fit a character/persona falls directly in line with this.
Aside from Jim Johnston, I’ve had this idea for a few years now about how cool it would be for ICP to work with a couple of bands that I’m a really big fan of. There’s a number of bands around the world that basically do “spooky surf music” which I love and think it’d be awesome if ICP did some tracks like that with the live bands. Maybe that wouldn’t be ideal for a lot of Juggalos but I’d bust a nut. The bands I’m referring to are Messer Chups, The Coffin Daggers, and The Ghastly Ones (though I don’t think they are together anymore). Actually, a band called Genki Geni Panic who is very influenced by those bands I just mentioned opened for ICP a couple years ago in Chattanooga, and I’ve gotten to know their guitarist a little bit. There is, weirdly, some overlap in the fandom of both worlds.

Great discussions here. Checked out the homie and I liked this one
I typically steer clear of the wrestling part of the Juggalo world (although I did some JCW stuff at 2000 GOTJ and saw some great stuff at 2003 and 2004 in the woods) but I could see this fellow bringing some epic sound to the clowns.
The clowns high as fuck like circa early 2000s style rapping.. throw Esham on there and call this a Soopa Villainz “Ninja Part 2”

Not sure what the groceries jab was about, did a Muslim not just kill 10 people at a grocery store in your state?
He kinda looked like you, comrade. I know a guy that was there when it happened. The shooter yelled out “No Sleep Til Montreaaaaalll!!!” And started busting off rounds.
But yeah, Colorado is fucked. When my dad visited here he was drunk and called me a “school shooter” so I’m done with being associated with this Midwest nonsense. I’ll be back next to my pal Smack-Attack in August. Holding him in my arms… so tender…
Would be cool if Mike P came back for a few tracks.

Didn’t he do a couple off FFF? Can’t recall
Yes, “the last couple of Joker Cards” would certainly include FFF. Using the power of this new thing called Google I was able to see that he’s credited on West Vernor Ave and Triplex as well as “Revenge” on Flip.
Sorry to go the sarcastic route in my response :)

But I want YOU to do my research FOR ME! There is a lot of finger lifting involved in Google.

I would fucking die if Lil Cubensis and Wendigo produced for ICPCubensis beats:
Wendigo beats:
These beats are OK for what they are but I wouldn’t see this as the right step for ICP in my opinion. Which if course the people I mentioned would also not be everyone’s cup of tea either I’m sure. But these beats here sound like everything else out there nowadays and are more Ouija’s style. From a technical standpoint, especially Cubensis, the mixing on those is also not very good.

While i tend to like their more hype tracks, I’ve also always wondered what they would do with someone like Tricky who has a more mellow tone. A trip hop side project would be sweet.
