I have to be honest it seems like you get your opinions and arguments from other people. If that's how you want to live, fine. Just be able to articulate those opinions yourself. I'm the one who on page 8, went through all those documents Chuck Reeves did a google search on but never read. I read them all and actually found that the loophole argument from Chuck Reeves was false. The documents he cited disproved his case. I didn't need CPN to tell me that. I just used my own ability to read.

If you think he is a rapist feel free to explain why and back it up. I used to be on Reeves' side, but not so much anymore. Go ahead. Bring me back. Show me something convincing. What convinced me Sigler is not a pedophile is because of the age of the girl involved at the time of the incident. What convinced me Sigler was not guilty of putting a gun to her head to get oral sex was 1. the inability of the prosecutor to sustain the weapons specification charge. 2. That Sasha, a former Psychopathic employee has explained in interviews (certainly the last one with CPN) that she spoke to the girl who basically admitted she was not raped at gunpoint. 3. The fact that this website I once quoted here on page one of this topic, makes absolutely no fucking sense because there was no legal incident regarding Sigler in 2006 for anything. The year 2006 is not even in the William Sigler court records that Chuck Reeves himself found on the internet. I would like an explanation as to that year. I would like to see this alleged pre sentencing report that had two alleged people accused him of forcing himself sexually on them

By the same token, Sasha claimed that Will eventually found out she was 14 when she was in the car with him. And he was fine with that. So fuck him for that.

How? What did I miss back on the bottom post of page 7 and the rest of my posts on page 8? Did you miss the part where the Ohio appeals court overturned the decision from the court of common pleas? Do you even know what I'm talking about when I say that? Did you read pages 7-8?

Um, actually committing rape. The whole question is did William Sigler do it? Statutory rape? For sure. He knew she was 14. But oral rape via gunpoint? That weapons specification charge was dropped by the prosecution. People make false confessions and take plea deals in all types of cases sometimes because they don't think they'll get the innocence verdict they deserve.

They dropped the charge to get a plea. That doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Doesn't mean it did.

You don't plea guilty to sex assault unless you are prepared to deal with the repercussions.

Overruling, is essential to whether or not the loophole exists and therefore whether Chuck Reeves is right or not.

the time it took to adress the appeal was an easier time for SOs in Ohio, thanks to Sigler.

Okay, so show me the cases that happened between the ruling of the court of common pleas which backed Sigler up and the appeals court overturning the lower court of common pleas, that violent sex offenders who either raped minors or children, and were shown to be likely to re-offend got taken off the federal Adam Walsh law list; and/or in some/any cases, managed to get out of jail and re-offend.

I have switched sides throughout this whole thread.  I followed what I, a newcomer could get my hands on for information at the time. Nobody chose anything for me. You're only fooling yourself there. I read court documents and copied and pasted them on page 7 and 8. Nobody did that for me. I did my own homework to figure out Reeves was wrong about the loophole. You claim there was a window between the initial ruling of the court of common pleas and the overturning of that court by the Appeals Court in Ohio that made it easy for sex offenders to do...something. You didn't specify. You balked at my earlier challenge to do so. I am all ears.

You keep mentioning randos. Reeves, CPN, Sasha?  This is a cast of numbskulls that I have no interest in or context of. Can't you make your own post without referencing this material? I seriously stopped reading at "Reeves". It never stops with you and the youtube videos. Hail corporate, am I right? Fuck lthese brands you're pushing, I will never watch those videos. Post them and bump the thread all you want, I encourage that. Just don't expect me to know what Reeves's opinion is or care. If you get all these dongs out your mouth maybe you could breathe. You will have to file discovery to get the PSR or get it from the one guy who did that. You are playing semantic Olympics with that pedophile defence. Not relevant, who called him that anyways? The definition of a rapist is someone who rapes someone...not someone that has a conviction on their record. People plead/are found guilty to shit every day they didn't do. I know I kinda went off but the whole "that's the definition" statement must've either been trolling (which congrats if so, mission accomplished) but I'm pretty confident that was serious and that's some stupidity right there. Being a rapist is agianst what Juggalos stand for, true statement, but so trusting the law and judging people you don't know. (That said Will Sigler LOOKS like a textbook rapist in his pictures) 

From what Ive heard from people that have “investigated” the situation will sigler was let go back when people were condemning psy for letting him work there. However they rehired him as an independent contractor or were paying him under the table to keep him off the payroll and to appease the people making a fuss about it. People say he was working the gathering last year and the guy in the “6 foot” whatever music video with his face blurred was him. Is it true? Idk it’s honestly not my business I just buy icp’s music and he has no hand in icp’s music. If the guy is a convicted sex offender like they say then he shouldn’t be associated with psychopathic. I feel like the people condemning him can manipulate the info in there favor and the people defending psy can manipulate the info In their favor as well. I never looked any further than what others have posted or said on forums, Facebook, etc, which we all know isn’t the most reliable sources on both sides.
