Dude at the very least confessed to statutory rape, and no, I don't think someone would take a deal for something that is going to land them 6 years as a sexual offender if they were completely innocent, if anything, if it was a "deal" I would think he likely got off lite.
Maybe he didn't "force" her to do anything, maybe he doesn't even have some kind of chronophilia disorder that impacted his decision to fuck with a 14 year old, but he did, and by law it was a punishable sexual offense, take that for what you will whether you think it makes him a child rapist, or just a dumbass that made a mistake, my guess is if the people at PSY even knew, and still allowed him to be part of the label they probably leaned towards the latter, and still do.
