However, it also says he was accused of having sex with someone less than 4 years younger than him. That’s not being a pedophile. Chuck is wrong. And who knows, maybe the cops tried to fuck Will over by lying about the gun? Is that why the gun charge disappeared even though Will was young and stupid and listened to his lawyer telling him to take a plea? Did the gun charge disappear because there was no evidence? Will says he can prove there was no evidence against him. Fine. Let him do so. I want to see the truth. If he is innocent, then he is innocent. If he is guilty, he is guilty. Fuck court deals. CPN is right about the loophole not being what Chuck thought it was. I already proved that myself on page 8 of this thread with the massive quotations. CPN also has a point about Ohio law being fucked up whereby if a female lies to you about her age and you fall for it, IT DOES NOT MATTER. The lawyer told him to take the deal because if a lying girl gets on the stand and starts crying, you’re fucked. The jury will convict you 9 times out of 10. CPN is right about the whole, “if he wasn’t guilty then why did he plead guilty” being a stupid argument.

Reeves was wrong about the loophole argument and he was probably wrong to use the word pedophile. Just satutory rapist. Those were the two main/biggest issues and CPN is correct about it instead of Chuck it seems. As I said above, I already proved Reeves’ paranoia about some loophole was misguided regarding Will Sigler. See my posts on page 8. I contacted him about that and he still has not informed his fans about his mistake. I think he is hoping they will forget…?

Chuck never responded to EITHER of these arguments. Well he did once, in a video that was taken down because he put CPN’s real name in the title and CPN had it yanked via youtube complaint. All Reeves said was CPN had arguments, not evidence and documents. Well, no kidding. Everyone has an argument. Sometimes…they’re counter arguments. Duh. But saying “I have the document, he pleaded guilty. I win,” is not enough. People have falsely confessed to things before. Sometimes they are crazy, or sometimes they plead down because even if they fight it, a jury would not believe them and convict him anyway. That is CPN’s point that was never addressed.

Nowhere in any video did Chuck ever claim those three things listed were part of the original charges. Because that is what CPN is claiming about the whole Sigler 1999 thing. CPN also did a livestream which contained a large segment with an ex of Will Sigler’s. She also is a former employee of Psychopathic Records. She went into a lot of personal history about what a lying, thieving, stalking, piece of shit ex boyfriend Will Sigler was. She even claimed she passed out once and taken out of state lines which was bad for her since she had some charge on her at the time and just left. I think she had a medical condition that she needed pills for but they were stolen, she couldn’t take them and ended up passing out. Then she was transported out of state by Sigler and/or likely some of his buddies and left either in cold weather outside or in some shitty motel and abandoned. She was found, and a medical exam was done on her to check her out. They claimed they found evidence she was raped but she said despite the blackouts she remembers some things, but not a rape. So they dropped it.

She says despite Sigler being a piece of shit, the reason he got in trouble for leaving the state when he was tagged with an ankle bracelet is because he still wanted to go to juggalo shows. He told her this is why i paint my face because people are supposed to be looking out for me. She also said she talked to this so called victim and she says this girl is not a victim, but a willing participant. She also said she appreciates what Chuck Reeves has done for her business wise in the past, but she scolded him saying this “victim” is not a real victim and Chuck needs to leave her and her mother alone. That whole livechat here is the one I already linked above with the title about G-Mo skee flexing on some female. Jump to 31 minutes and watch until 1 hour and 42 minutes to hear Sasha.

The funny thing is CPN and Chuck Reeves would both use her interview to make their own cases about Reeves. CPN will say, “Ahah. From an ex girlfriend. Sigler is not a rapist. Just an asshole.” Reeves would say, “See this guy is a scumbag. Probably a rapist too.”

Read only the bolded parts of the court documents I quoted going back to page 8. As for the rest, sorry the information is kind of important. My goal is the same goal as others. To leave no stone unturned. To make this topic the one stop shop for all Sigler related information. Videos disappear. Court documents may not stay online forever. From what I understand (and even that might be wrong) Sigler was charged with rape or sexual assault back in the day and served his time, Psychopathic hired him, Juggalos “found out” about the crime that he served his time for and were upset, Psychopathic let Sigler go but now he’s back. Is that right? If so, what is this about lol? Isn’t all of this just a resurgence of an already dead conversation?

His 1999 charge originally had three charges. Rape. Corruption of a minor. Firearms specification. FS was thrown out because there was no proof he held a gun to a chick’s head and demanded head. According to others, he simply lifted up his shirt to reveal a gun after the girl told him she was underage and he said, “Don’t let this get out of hand.” The prosecutor had to drop the firearms charge due to lack of evidence of him getting head at gunpoint. Sigler’s lawyer told him that as fucked up as Ohio law is (that not knowing the girl was underage does not matter to the guy if he was tricked), he should plead to a lesser charge and get out in less time than if he said not guilty and a jury convicted him anyway. Or maybe it was a judge only trial. Not sure about Ohio law myself. The point is, he would have to as part of a plea deal register as a sex offender for a certain amount of years.

During his time, the federal government passed a law. Adam’s Law. Meaning that certain sex offenders with really evil crimes could never in their lifetime come off of the federal sex offender registry. They tried to force Will Sigler onto that list retroactively. He sued and won. Chuck Reeves said this opened a loophole for sex offenders to get off the list that were convicted or pleaded guilty BEFORE the federal law was enacted. You know issue a constitutional challenge and say hey, this ex post facto bullshit is wrong, I already cut  a deal and/or served my time. Done. You can’t nail me twice. When looking into other cases that cited Sigler’s case, the Ohio appeals court OVERTURNED the lower Ohio court of common pleas and said to vicious sex offenders like one guy who raped his daughter for four years…you are such a violent sick bastard with a likelihood to re-offend, and your crime was so horrible and so against the law, YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION TO EVER GET OFF OF ANY SEX OFFENDER LIST STATE OR FEDERAL. To the really violent, horrible people, the government said fuck you, you’re going onto this new federal list inspired by Adam’s Law. Will Sigler pleaded down because there was not enough evidence to show he was a really twisted, sicko, violent offender who would even dream of fucking children. And he sued to get off the list that put him in company with some really horrible horrible people. Sigler was found not likely to re-offend anyway. So Chuck Reeves’ argument about the loophole was wrong and CPN was correct.

I’m glad ICP put Sigler in their video and Chuck Reeves found it out and started a shit storm. Because all these court documents came out, all these videos were made, all these interviews were done and the reality has set in after the storm has settled. I have changed my opinion on Sigler and his case. I used to be on Reeves’ side and now I am on CPN’s side basically. I followed the facts and every bit of available piece of evidence/testimony. Cheshyr was obviously too stupid and emotional to see the benefit of getting it all out in the open and seeing Sigler is not the pedophile monster everyone is making him out to be. He refused to let my words mean what they meant in English and concocted a retarded conspiracy theory against me that I am anti Sigler when all I was, was anti lies and anti deception. All that has come out has caused me to change my opinion on Sigler as I said. I want the truth and I do not want innocent people smeared. But of course Cheshyr refuses to believe me.
