Construct a tennis court!

Hi all,

I’m planning to construct a Tennis court in my lawn. My kids love to play tennis and so I am planning to construct it. I don’t know what all materials are needed to construct the court. And I asked one of my friends about constructing a tennis court and he suggested me to hire court contractors (http://www.courtcontractors.co…..struction/ ) , who does the construction. But the problem is, since I have never hired a court contractor before. I need suggestions. And I also want to know the average the cost .

Oh shit. @dylan I hate to have to be the one to tell you this but Court Contractors doesn’t build tennis courts- they’re contract killers. Yep, your kids are trying to have you killed. Also they all have cancer. Welcome to the forums!

so, you were thinkin of building the thing yourself? arent they made out of clay, or some shit? anyway, seems like however absurdly expensive a pro-tennis-court-builder-service is, its probably worth it over diy. for my skills, i can be certain.

i imagine the average cost is sumn like the average cost of a yacht. if you have to ask, you probably cant afford it.

wild guess: $12,345 or so. give or take $9,876.

i can tell you that a set of eight courts with lights and tall fences is expensive as all fuckin fuck. over a mil, apparently.
