Very nice photoshopping there, someone did a good job. I drive by there twice a day, believe me, as someone who isn’t getting his information from the internet, IT ISN’T AND NEVER WAS THERE. Go drown your sorrows in a few free Le Coupe Stanley donuts, you said yourself they’re delicious, go on, live a little. Maybe even take a few more pictures of them, frame it and put it on the mantle, whatever you need to do to feel better.
But this is all besides the point smackalicious, you guys have a big video game cover to look forward to.

I’m not holding out much hope for my Bruins. Trades, injuries … No Krejci, Chara will definitely prevent us from getting a bottom-seeded team in the playoffs. We’ll probably make it as a WC1 or WC2.
And I just don’t feel like this team has what it takes. Even if a large part of the 2011 roster is there .. I just don’t see it.

must be nice to have a team in the playoffs. Damn Flyers were just average at best. I love the first round of NHL playoff hockey. All the games going on and they are ALL on tv. Best part is no damn shootout. Get rid of it already
I’m rooting for Nashville because Laviolette is their coach. Dude wins a cup in Carolina then takes the Flyers to the finals and then they fire him after 2 bad seasons. I get it, they started off shitty that following year and firing the coach is the scapegoat but, the team was the problem not him. As much as I love the Flyers, I hope he sticks it to them like Mike Richards and Jeff Carter did…as well as a lot of other players the Flyers gave up on and ended up winning cups elsewhere. Sadly, the Flyers will re-sign those same players they cut AFTER they win a cup and are old.
At the end of the day, as long as Pittsburgh doesn’t win I’m happy. Especially since the Flyers swept them this season and still couldn’t do shit this season.

add in the presidents trophy and team records on wins and points. Also add in the fact that they were a 7 seed last year and went to the finals, I stand by my statement, I look forward to beating the habs in a few weeks and hoisting the cup in NYC!!!!

We’re talking about the game where people run around on ice skates hitting a little round thing with a stick? That may be fun to play but I don’t understand how anyone would want to watch it. What enjoyment is there to be had watching other people have fun playing a game. I guess it’s ok as long as people don’t take credit or think it makes them or their town better than someone else for what the players themselves do in the game. That just doesn’t make any sense.
