Mine was on Rittz's OD tour last fall. This was quite strange. One of the opening acts (Raz Samone) reached randomly into the crowd and pinched my left nipple. After his set I went and bought a cd of his. A woman who I guess works for him asked if I wanted a picture/autograph. I was a bit too unnerved to do so. So I went back to the front row.

The one and only Strange show I went to a few years ago was pretty memorable. Beyond the "holy shit, these fuckers put on a good show" part I mean. Someone that they had with them got shot on the tour, I know this because one of their merch dudes was outside before the show selling last minute tickets, shirts, CD's, etc. He stopped and talked to me and my buddy for quite a bit and ended up drinkin some whiskey with me in the parking lot and venting to us. He thanked us for being real with him and told us to stop by the merch tent after the show if we wanted. After the show we went up and told him he asked us to come by, he grabbed Kali, told him we were the ones he was talking about and Kali gave us both hugs, signed a shitload of posters for us (I think we both ended up with four or five signed posters) and ended up talking to us for a solid twenty minutes about how we all cope with death. It came up that I didn't believe in god and he seemed to be legitimately curios about how I handle losses like that. It was a very, very, fucking honest, heavy, experience. Neither one of them were being artists or salespeople, they were being real people that were really hurting and needed to share their thoughts with someone. One of the most memorable experiences I've ever had at a show.

Ive got three seperate ones ill keep em short since there are well....three

1: One of the smaller Strange Noize tours headlined by Hed PE had Kutt Calhoun on it.  I was talking shit before the show about how it was dumb that he had two songs that contradicted each other on Raw n Uncut (Buy the Bar) and (Somethings gotta give).  He ended up actually playing both songs back to back and explained his logic inbetween.  I was impressed and my girl and I went over to pick up his whole catalog (I had only burned copies) and he ended up throwing in a free signed shirt for my girl and came and kicked it with my crew for the rest of the show.  It ended up being quite lucrative for him bc the little young bucks were so sprung he was kicking it with us that they kept buying his drinks...alotta KC Tea was had that night

2:  For my birthday a few years back my girl surprised me with a trip to Baltimore to stay at a nice hotel for three days in the inner harbor and see the Tech/MGK show that first night.  Bmore is only two hours away so she told the click and by the time we left we had about 15 OCJ members and their girls/guys combined in a caravan.  We got fucked up kicked it with Wreckonize for a bit after Mayday's set and when Tech's set started I guess the drugs kicked in hard and we got a little froggy.  Me and a homie crowd surfed my girl to the front row with us underneath her and watched the entire set from front stage center.  Who knew a hot Spanish chick was our key to the castle...I did.  On a side note I woke up with about 10 people passed out all over my suite...you know thats a good night right there.

3:  At I think it was the Independent Grind tour I went up with on the humble with two of the homies (Hobo and Jerome) who both like to mosh.  We ran into a crew from a bit south we were cool with run by my boy Picasso and he and his boys were on the periphery of the pit watching Hobo wreck people (He is an artist beating the shit outta people).

Four fresh grunt Marines (they were all wearing swag of that nature and had jar heads) were in the pit working people over a bit (you could tell they were holding back) until Hobo caught one and Speared the FUCK outta him.  He snapped back up and him and his boy double teamed Hobo and took him down which really pissed him off.  Hobo and Jerome in turned blind sided one and caught one by surprise and the other one off balance and busted ones lip quasi on accident.

All four got involved and I tackled one of the other two now involved moments before he put a boot into Hobo's face while he was wrestling with another.  I was outta my league with his ground game and he quickly got the upper hand...until Picasso saw me on the ground and him and his crew came to help.  Juggalos now outnumbered Marines two to one and they bailed from the pit to nurse their wounds.  We were on an adrenaline high and went and all got drunk after the show...this was was a bit long but its a good story.

not really a concert but I'll never forget this. It was basically the biggest missed opportunity of my life (so far).

one day back in like 2004, I'm sitting at home doing nothing. Just bullshitting. And i get a call from madness from bedlam. he is all "go to this strip club in LA and tell me what it's like" and I'm like fuck that. It's completely on the other side of the city so it's like an hour and a half, maybe two hours away with traffic and I don't even like strip clubs. he wouldn't tell me why it was so important that I go to that specific strip club at that specific moment.

The next morning I found out that Prozak was in LA talking with Tech and they were at that strip club celebrating Prozak signing to strange music. I could have gone to a high end strip club, kicked it with tech mother fucking n9ne back in the day when he was at his dopest (IMO), on the strange music dime. And I was just like meh I don't wanna drive across town.

But I'm not really into strip clubs so it's not so bad lol. ugh.

I never been to a Strange Music concert/tour. Except when I partied with other juggalos in the parking lot outside the venue. I may be the only juggalo who don't listen to Strange Music. Strange, isn't it?
