My boy went and saw a Strange tour about a year ago in west NC. He said that like 75% of the people there were MGK fans since he was on that tour too. He said almost everybody bounced after MGK left. Barely anyone watched Mayday but Tech brought out s decent amount near the end.
I dunno I love Mayday. I even own two of their pre-Strange albums. Unlike a lot of albums that can be skewed after signing to a label, Mayday’s first albums aren’t as good. But there’s plenty of freshness on there. TMTYL is just so classic and good that all albums will face scrutiny against it forever. Believers was great but not TMTYL. The closest they’ve come quality wise to that is their Thriftstore Halos ep.

I agree about mayday..their pre strange albums, just wasnt there yet but when wrekonize came on he made them way better.TMTYL is classic as fuck and will probably always compare their new albums to it.Thriftstore halo ep was really fuckin good too and so is Believers but not as dope as TMTYL
