I'm probably the only one on here who doesn't really get into Tech. Some of his music is cool and all I have respect for him, just really not into his music.

I was into his drug years and Everready. But after that he started sucking. He lyrically sucks now and usually spits the same shit on every record now. Fuck that stupid ass pledge he has. Give him some acid and listen to how he'll record.

No he has def. sold out……How has the mainstream gone Tech? Nobody is doing his original shit except for underground acts that can't match his flow. He has changed to fit in to what everyone else wants to hear…..Fuckin A he has Lil Wayne on a track…one of the least talented fucks out there…..And T Pain….autotune me some more please……and Snoop….OMG can you say washed up…But it's not like he didn't do the same thing earlier in his career to get the Juggalos attention. We were just the first to actually embrace his music. I guess all you gotta do is turn a little wicked and rap with the clowns and now your in. I can understand where ur coming from but he hasn't entirely sold out, to have Lil' Wayne feature on a track and deliberately not make it into a radio single due to content is still a big “Fuck You” to the industry, I understand there was an edited Wallmart version or some shit but it was never officially released as a single, which some artists would not be able to help but do for mainstream exposure. So he still stands for the “FTI” movement to some extent.

I used to chill with Cross Eyed Joe quite often when he was in charge of Strange promotion in Austin (before heading out to work closely with Tech) according to him when Tech gets drunk he sometimes slams ICP and attacks them for being white boys rapping and fucking up the “rap” world, he bitches about his dying black audience due to ICP's promotion…… what a bitch man……
And yeah he quit Strange because they're assholes now.

Doesn’t surprise me if what you said is true. Tech never really had a black audience. Go back to his Absolute Power days the crowd is primarily white. He’s a chump. Also he could tour 365 days a year don’t mean shit if the music sucks.

I’m tired of giving respect when it comes to music. Motherfucker your music is shit yet you tour a shit load. Doesn’t add up. Tech’s verse on E-40s Zombie track is a perfect example of whackness. He’s becoming the next KMK only more so on liquor. ICP has a real grind. They earned that respect not because of touring but because of The Gathering, Hatchet Attacks, JCW, Comics, Movies and Their stage performance. Lil’ Wayne was semi respectable in ’98-’01 but his music is shit now. Necro earned his respect through music. Wu-Tang through their music. Slayer, Metallica, Kool G Rap and Ill Bill as well. If your music sucks don’t tour and focus on your next release. The different style argument doesn’t apply anymore.
