Yeah some of Joe's homies who still live here have told me some similar things, more that he's pissed that he lost a lot of his “black” audience…. can't say I always trust what Juggalo's say though lol (but Joe did retire from the Strange game and he was never one to bash artists or give out information unprofessionally so I guess it's possible). Tech had literally no following in Austin before Joe helped score some SXSW showcases down here and now he's down here like twice a year…….(he sold less than 200 tickets at a 2500 seat venue the first time he rolled through without ICP lol.) He owes ICP more than he would like to think……. If Joe didn't have a shit ton of Juggalo's promoting the fuck outta Tech here than he wouldn't be making that extra pay stop every tour……

he's never claimed to be a juggalo but says he got love for us….not every Psy affiliate is gonna like the music and I'm sure Joe and Joey know that and are fine with just being cool with other artists on a personal level.

plus tech is always crying about how his “people” ignore him. Look at his tour dvds, crowd full of white kids. He never had a black audience till the carter 4 and he admits that. Which there is nothing wrong with that in itself unless what starvin marvin said has validity. I betchya juggalos make up a pretty healthy chunk of his album/ticket sales

I will say this I liked older Tech music. But I refuse to say any artist sold out. Here is why:
1. If any “Underground” rapper had the chance to sign a multi-million dollar deal they would.
2. Selling out is when you leave your creative license behind and create what you are told to create by the label.
3. I have always said if new rappers worked half as hard as they hate they would be in that position instead of staying where they are.
If any rapper is more concerned with what another rapper is doing you will never get ahead. If you are online hating, posting negative crap, and looking for reasons to hate on someone, stop.

strange music is a shitty name for that label, it should be like Dynasty Records or something classy….all their cd covers look mainstream, all the booklets and disks are bland and look like a jayz cd or something…
.i hate their artwork for cds, they are always plain and look like a mainstream ass cd…they dont put any creativity into their products like icp and kmk do…especially Strange Land with its metropolis artwork and it was just plain as fuck!
once i saw kaliko rockin nerd glasses that was it…fuck that to the fullest….they aint strange no more,
they abuse juggalos that buy their cds and strange music claims we are technicians

kaliko released a couple solo albums that did nothing for fans, and he did a great job with kickin and screamin….but the new direction of strange is so polished and they try to act street when all their fans are white kids…
he will never appeal to the masses, its becuz of his fast rap technique that we love him for, most kids into mainstream say that shit gives them a headache or they cant stand a whole album like that lol…
most mainstream artists have to make simple raps so fans can rap it back and most rap is about sex and love songs and has R&B elements all over it!!!! tech still thinks its the Lil Jon era where he can make loud, aggressive hip hop and hit the black radio channels, when all he does is get the white kids buyin his shit…
he always complains about not having black fans when he doesnt even do urban music like that..

all my homies are black and tech n9nes music just doesnt speak to them. i got one homie who loves tech n9ne and hes black but the rest always tell me turn that shit off he raps too fast all the time and gives me a headache! haha i started laughing. i like techs music but it is darker music and black people dont like evil music, three six mafia is mega famous cuz of white college kids loving their songs about drugs and sex….black people thought they were devil worshipers, same thing happened to esham.

tech's new formula of half sex songs and possible attempts to appeal to the mainstream and some songs being wicked and dark is his downfall with his core fan base. we get incomplete EPs marketed as “wicked” to keep us satisfied and then its “tweet this” lol he got a lot of hate for that one.

i dont like this official site at all, its all filled with tech should work with eminem and lil wayne is ok and its all fuck juggalos on their boards when its us that propelled him to success, we are the ones buying his 60,000 albums. one tour with kmk and icp got him where he is, he gained more from that more than any fucking tour with an E40 or whoever.
tech will never really get wat he wants out of the mainstream, hes on an indy label and nobody is gonna make money but them if they get mainstream success which is why the industry keeps him where he is. he doesnt have a manager thats in the industry working with famous artists, those people associate with each other and radio and mtv promote shit they get money from.
