First off Lynch still spitting that psycho stab you eat you rap. Return of The Baby Killer & Sit In That Corner Bitch. Yeah no major difference other than it could be on a record from 95 or 2000. You know why? Cause he still spits that psycho murder you rap.

The Tech N9ne fucking sold out part is he has support from major labels. Don't believe me? His next record see how many guests it has that are considered mainstream and see how many of the tweet about it. The mainstream is going Tech yea didn't the mainstream go Lil' Wayne, Nicki Minaj, 50 Cent, G-Unit, Eminem, Jay-z, Biggie & Pac? When each artist peaked. Those rhymes are trash. Literally so FYL kid Tech N9ne can eat cyanide pill when he relapses.

Let me quote, I think SickTanicK, for some of you whiny mother fuckers. "You hate my music? Then make your own fucking music and quit bitching."

As for Tech selling out, that is bull shit. Tech does songs with artists he likes, not artists you like, artists HE likes. Tech was not an ICP fan and I don't really think he is one now, so he doesn't ask to do a song with ICP. Tech N9ne put Aqualeo on his Klusterfuk cd, Aqualeo are more underground than any body on Psychopathic, Subnoize, and Funk Volume. Hell, Aqualeo is even harder to find then SKR, Mission Infect, LSP, Mad Insanity and Sick Fucks Entertainment. My favorite song by Aqualeo is 'Do What Thou Wilt', go ahead and look it up, you won't find it. Now this rap group, that does different type of shit, and is MORE underground than artists you like is on Tech's newest CD because Tech likes them. They are talented as fuck, great lyricism and original delivery that you can't find any where else. Plus, their music videos are really deep and artistic. There I Squashed the whole "he isn't doing songs with underground people" argument.

To say that Tech only does songs about liquor is completely ignorant and stupid. He mentions Caribou Lou and KC Tea a lot, which are drinks that he actually invented if I remember right, and ICP mentions Faygo all the fucking time. :o ICP SOLD OUT FOR FAYGOOOOO. No, his songs are not just about Caribou Lou and KC Tea, that is a bullshit statement that only a Tech hater would come up with because they have no real ammunition to use on him.

Of course Tech sounds different now then he did back in the day, he is different, he grew up more, it's called becoming mature. Tech says countless times that he RAPS ABOUT HIS LIFE. He's getting old, he's quit drugs, his music is a bit calmer. He doesn't do E anymore so of course his songs won't sound like T9X anymore. I mean each song he tells something personal about himself. Each album is a different stage in his life. During Anghellic he was going through a hard time, you can hear that in his music. During Absolute Power he was being fucked over by the industry went through this whole fuck you phase, you can hear that in his music. During Everready he just survived a car wreck he should have died in and went through this party phase as well as quit doing ecstacy to better his life, you can hear that in his music. During Myzery Loves Kompany he started having problems with his mother's sickness, which started getting worse and worse and worse so you can hear that in his music as he gets darker from every album since MLK all the way to his official break down into deep depression on KOD. During the Gates Mixed Plate, he decided he wanted to break the darkness surrounding his life, so he started partying, you can hear that in his music. During All 6's and 7's he was celebrating his gaining success as well as facing some of his own personal demons, probably a very emotional part of his life, you can hear that in his music. During Welcome to Strange Land he was still celebrating his own success, you can hear that in his music. His music changes and grows as he changes and grows.

People are saying that he is losing talent? First off, his production, mixing and mastering is WAAAAYYYYY better now than it was back on Anghellic and Absolute Power. His singing has gotten way better. The creative ideas for his songs have gotten better. Boogieman was a great concept song. Same with Strange Land. His lyricism is getting better and better, I'll admit that some of his verses are getting lazy like the E-40 one and The Noose, but for the most part they are getting better and to deny that he has a great flow and great lyricism is to be completely ignorant. Does he really record all of his songs drunk??? Wow, that must mean he has a lot of fucking talent, I really don't think I can perform his songs that precisely even when I'm sober. A lot of rappers have at least one song on their album where they fuck up their delivery at least a little bit. Tech N9ne doesn't. Tech N9ne basically performs most of his songs perfectly on stage when doing shows. Oh, and somebody said that his live show was wack, you are full of shit his live shows are what he is probably most well known for and he's on ICP's level when it comes to live shows.

His live shows are fucking amazing. Especially This Ring.

It's so funny the real point is some people want the same old shit every album .. But they'd be the first to hate if he just did the same old album.

It's even funnier when tech was about FTI and now he runs laps for the industry.

"Selling out" is the compromising of integrity, morality, or principles in exchange for personal gain, such as money. In terms of music or art, selling out is associated with attempts to tailor material to a mainstream or commercial audience, for example a musician who alters their material to encompass a wider audience may be labeled by fans who pre-date the change as a sellout. There are two distinct forms of selling out in terms of music. The term 'sell out' referred to those who signed for major labels and those who licenced their music to companies for use in advertising, (Tech with Super Sweet 16 & Fight Night & TNA Wrestling) and more recently it can also refer to those who sacrifice their musical integrity through a change in their musical sound, sometimes due to pressure from major labels. Even though he isn't signed to a major, appearances by artist in mainstream fame is still acting as a sell out.

according to your definitions, ill, one could argue that every professional musician sold out, or none of them did.  you cant win the argument by redefining what the words mean.

show me an artist who refuses to take money for his art, and ill show you a punk.

  awfully paranoid, arent you?

First I didn''t redefine the phrase "sell out". If I did redefine the phrase "sell out" it would be good still doing music that is authentic and not filled with ads and the same thing mentioned a thousand times on every record in the same context with alterations to the rhyme and not have mainstream artist on it & bad as oh another reference to this particular brand of drink or clothing or politician or whatever would be the case for people to say wtf he/she keeps mentioning Jack Daniels or McDonalds (actually happened with an rap artist to rap about a McDonalds burger in the 00's). Second if every artist has sold out why do you have a problem with what i''m saying? I know exactly what i''m saying. Whether it be hypocritical or not it''s all personal opinion. If anybody asks why I created this for, if I already know every artist is a sell out. Can''t tell if trolling or blah blah blah.

Tech ain't sold out. sure he did his MTV shit and doin songs with lil' bitch ass wayne, but tech always said he wouldn't go mainstream, that mainstream would go tech. and thats just what happened. homie got reconized and got shot some props, big deal. sure his music ain't the same as it used to be, but then again what artist thats been around 15+ years hasn't changed? least he's doin what he loves and knows he can do well

thats a crock of shit. you know how many times tech has been recorded on video saying that he IS a juggalo? and also lets not forget that he did Mad House off of Forgotten Freshness Vol. 4 AND Thug Pit off of Hallowicked AND is to appear on MDP.

Second if every artist has sold out why do you have a problem with what i''m saying?

i dont have a problem.  the point i was making is that your point is drifting a little.

if i were to put a precise meaning on the phrase, 'sell out,' it would be:  doing something you dont want to in exchange for money.  thus, damn near every entertainer is not a sellout, and most people with a 9 to 5 are.

Can''t tell if trolling or blah blah blah.

neither.  you know, despite what america has been telling you this whole time, being disagreed with is not an insult.

in fact, if the idea here was, 'techs new shit just doesnt grab me like his old shit did,' id probably say, 'yeah, me neither.'  it seems like this is what youre really on about, but, like every other rap fan for the past 30 years, youd rather just say 'sellout!,' cuz its stings more.

  awfully paranoid, arent you?

Well, Tech N9ne never actually says he is a Juggalo but never says that he isn't, he always avoids answering the question. Also, ICP asked him to do those songs, he never asked them to do those songs, being as how those songs are on ICP albums and not on Tech N9ne albums. I'm not saying that he hates ICP, I'm just saying that I don't think he is that big of a fan.

I think tech appreciates the Juggalo fan base because we jump started his career(or at least the success of it). I very seriously doubt he'd be where he is today if it wasn't for touring/collaborating with psy/subnoize bak in the absolute power days. With that said I also think he now hates the constant association sometimes. On the topic of him selling out, he did create the FTI movement, and now collaborates with people like Tpain and Wayne, 2 of the most mainstream names out there. But the arguement could be made all FTI was supposed to mean was to climb to the top on the indipendent game without the help of a major label. And that he did no doubt. As far as his music I feel he is starting to be very repedative, it's like we get it dude, ur depressed and you like to fuck/drink all the time lol. I haven't picked up anything of his since 6s and 7s, and don't feel like I'm missing anything at all. I'm sure it sounds dope, but I need more variety from my artists. Just my 2 cents.

I personally dont think tech sold out, yes hes gotten bigger but thats because hes talented so over the years he will get more recognition thats to be expected. As far as his music changing .. look at icp .. there shit is WAAAYYY different when you compare Riddlebox to lets say the tempest. Same with Twiztid with Mostasteless and H&H.

How much longer do we all expect our Fav. underground artists to stay away from the mainstream?  The reason why they are underground is because no one has given them their shot. We found them first and thats what makes them special to us.  I personally think that its our fault for thumbing them down and saying some stupid shit like " If you do a song with Lil' Wayne we wont like you anymore."  Thats just stupid.  Now granted I dont like Lil' Wayne's music. But im not going to bash on one of my favorite artists like Tech N9ne or ICP because someone from the mainstreme FINALLY noticed someone i've been listening to for years.

I would put 50 rappers above tech n9ne. RA The Rugged Man, Kool G Rap, Wu-Tang and alot of their affiliates like Killah Priest, Sunz of Man, LA The Dark Man (just to name a few), Canibus, Redman, KRS-ONE, Eminem, Masta Ace, MF Doom, Onyx, Necro, Ill Bill, Goretex, Sabac Red, Reef The Lost Cauze, Chief Kamachi, Boot Camp Clik, The L.O.X. and Rakim have more talent in them then tech n9ne has had on his yearly records he has put out over the past 5 years. He sold his skill for more fans. Since Absolute Power i've listened to him Everready and Killer were pretty good but after that his skill fell off. Wanna prove me wrong go ahead I just want pay attention.
