lol see this is what I talk about. Just because you dont like something dosnt mean it sucks yall. Some of yall need to learn that. Some of yall need to learn thiers a difference between stating an opinion & hating on something.  I see some people get into explaing why a group sucks, Im like “What the fuck!?”. Everyone has a different opinion on Mayday, some of yall dont like them & we get that, but when you break down in a paragraphy all these reasons  you think they suck & why nobody should listen to them, thats not stating an opinion, thats hating. When you hear somebody talk shit about what your into, you get pissed at them, so why do it to someone else. Also, some people ar getting mad when somebody says they DONT like something. If they dont like it they dont like it, dont talk shit to them cause they have a different opinion. But thats exactally why I dont hate. When I dont like something, I just say i dont like it & people usally respect it & show me respect. I understand these threads are made to make disussions, but when those discussions turns into arguments, it gets played out & wack. Thats why you dont see more people on messege boards, because of arguments, shit talkin & hating. Also, when reading what someone types, you cant see what thier emotions are, so you dont know if someone is being a smart ass or playin around or what the fuck. Plus most people dont like to read, let alone type lol. At the end of the day, thiers always the option to agree to disagree. Some of us like Mayday & some dont, thats just how it is. If you like em bump em, if not cool. I personally think it be cool to see Mayday do the Gathering, if you dont agree cool. Agree to diagree.

I disagree with that line Immortal Technique uses, cause what if he went platinum, does that mean his fans are stupied? The way I see it, if some one gos platinum, it just means they have a million fans that actually bought the album, but then again that gets kinda into the whole “underground vs mainstream” thing and most yall know where I stand on that. Its all about Dark Carnival baby.

I’m not a fan of mayday but I will disagree with them being lumped in with the nu rap metal movement those bands like RATM or Limp Bizkit also scream and have chunky bass and LOUDER(better) guitar play…them being lumped in with every wack back pack rapper/group whose had a live band behind them is more accurate.

I don't know how you can or anyone can not like these songs .. I really can't. I play the most recent album alot of time in my room when I'm piercing college kids .. and I work in a pretty busy shop.

And pretty much all of them tell me they think the music is phresh and they always ask me what band I'm listening to. I know for a fact five people have bought the album on the spot on iTunes based one of the songs I'm going to link. I think somehow this turned into a liveband/w rapper conversation more than a conversation on why everyone doesn't like the music.

Listen .. give it an honest listen. Good lyrics and nice tunes .. what's not to like.
