Nothing really happened and that was kinda the problem. Madchild just struck me as a washed up rapper trying to expand his fanbase...not the Enigmatic General he says he is. Ive been troubled recently with his music because his beats are getting repetitive and his lyrical content is as well so I was hoping he would pull out some cool shit with his live show but I honestly enjoyed Stiches more and thats not a good thing.

Sadly, this is true. You can only say the same things so many times. With the beats be just needs some one new and not just C-lance

When I joined BaxWar I thought it was the start of something fresh but the only artist worth a crap rapping other then Madchild's first few CDs it is AdLib and possibly Slaine if he ever does anything. I know you have a ton of love for him PRJ and Im not tryna disrespect...Ive just lost my taste for it is all.

Everything you have said is true though. I joined BaxWar for the same reason. If you have noticed my Madchild forum posts have been down.
When the same stuff happens over and over it just gets boring. While STD is a step above Switched On, it's still just Lawnmower Man under a different name. Song topic = same, beats = same, so i totally see where you are coming from.

honestly, i couldnt tell how much of this was brendan bein crushed by madchilds lack of integrity to his own fan base, and how much was brendan bein funny...

but it was funny, though. watchin mitchell and brendan go back and forth about it was exactly like watchin a live re-enactment of a forum discussion.

Having seen Twiztid and In This Moment before Madchild made his sets look like doo do butter. They had a ton of effort put in especially the overall theatrics of ITM's light show and the chicks costume changes...Madchild just walked around back and forth with a backpack the entire time...left right left right back forth back forth...that was the whole set.
Which is exactly why I skip his show when he comes to town on his solo tours now.
I've seen Swollen Members live close to 10 times and will go check them out whenever I can.
But Madchild on his own does not justify a 40$ ticket, which is what was asked the last few tours.
All I know is there has been Silver Tongue Devil posters all over town here this last week.
The Toronto Star even put out an article about his album being released.
So I think Madchild finally broke through to the mainstream with Silver Tongue Devil, like he wanted.
Look for the chart sales figures to be very high.

Yup Im walking from the whole "movement". I woulda told Madchild myself but I got there too late at the thing he did with Buckshot to get up to him. He really only wants it to be a fan club imo and thats not my speed. I wish him the best but I'm no soldier for him...I only fight for causes I believe in.

I remember how pissy you got with me when I told you years ago that his whole pay to be an "Official Battle Axe Warrior" thing was a money grab.
I know you defended the decision by saying you were happy with the merch you got and whatnot, but still...
It would be like the clowns asking ninjas to pay them 150 bucks to become "Official Juggalos", and ICP woud throw you an exclusive shirt and bandana....
I just knew that in the end ninjas would feel ripped off by Madchild's scam.

He said the same shit he said two years ago to get people to sign up and that he's opening the books again. Its mostly an exact repeat. Drugs musta fucked up his memory bad its the only excuse i can think of for the repetitive nature of his music and rants...he must not know he's doing it.

i liked silver tongued devil. not as good as lawnmower man but.
as a person. madchild is a drug fucked retard. as a person i cant stadn him, but i like his music.
its the same with hopsin, dude flip flops his persona every 15 mintues and its annoying. i avoid madchild videos. he dribbles on, so fucking much.
but either way, i dig his music.
as for the baxwar movement. i always thought it was a fan club, so 90s. i looked into it, adn when they watned me to pay money, i stopped looking.
