I was looking for some news about the next album, or any news about them, and KMK's main pages as well as the members twitters, instagrams, etc., have not been updated in months! Some of them stopped updating entirely last November. Seems strange, anyone heard anything?

They updated their facebook the other day.

https://www.facebook.com/kottonmouthkings/

They actually played a show with ICP a few months ago, I was shocked Faygoluvers made no mention. They for sure have something against them.

KMK is the fucking shit, even if they never drop another album. Juggalos need to learn to accept when a band's prime passes and continue to respect them. Some of the greatest bands ever only have a few albums. KMK just ain't popular enough for Juggalos to care about I guess.

anybody submit that?

They for sure have something against them.

if you mean flh has sumn against kmk...  not that i know of.

if you meant the reverse, that kmk has sumn against flh...  ive heard gossipy talk along those lines.  supposedly stemming from the zinger thing.

but i never really bought that.  assumed it was more kmk fans bein annoyed, than kmk themselves.

Juggalos need to learn to accept when a band's prime passes and continue to respect them.

true enough.

really, they need to learn to accept all kindsa shit.

  awfully paranoid, arent you?

KMK was advertised for one of the days of Juggalo Day weekend this year (can't remember which day) but weren't there. No explanation was given but I also didn't hear anybody complaining about it. KMK puts on a dope show but who is even in the band anymore? I haven't followed them in a long time

KMK shows were dope when Pak was still a part of it.

They started their own label, United Family Music back in 2015 after leaving Sub Noize and cutting about half of their band members. The facebook update is a Dirtball show announcement, the fb page has not had an update of much in months, just seems strange. Dloc had a decent youtube channel a few years ago, new videos almost daily then it stopped entirely. It is possible that they partially retire the group and have a handful of shows per year.

Maybe they just don't hang out as much, shit does change. Like with Bone, it's just Bone now cuz it's only Bizzy and Krazy.

Lou who knows... Daddy X who knows... Bobby B whatever... Richter finally posted on instagram for the first time since fall the other day I guess hes got a show coming. IDK where he was all that time. Rehab I hope.... The Dirtball is pretty active and claims to be having a new album coming. Hes out on a little tour I'm actually going to see him Wednesday at this little bar a few minutes from home. I got a million questions for him... D-Loc seems to be the most active all over social media every day. Hes going all out with that King Maker Cannabis project. Which KMK seems to be supporting positively. So I wouldn't say Loc completely ditched KMK to do King Maker. Unless D-Loc completely took over all the KMK accounts lol. I could go for some new D-Loc music but that newer song with Juicy J was trash... Yeah they ditched I think 3 shows in a row now? With no explanation... Which is really concerning. As well as X and the main KMK pages being so quiet and shit. But they just dropped an album less than 2 years ago.... they were on tour less than a year ago.... Maybe their just taking a break...

Aye I have wanted to speak on this but didn't care to start a thread for it... But at hempfest last month I went and did vip. So asides from all the dabs a human could ingest and good bud. So before lyte goes on I see dirtball backstage and slap hands. 40 minutes later I see d-loc same thing say what up and dip. So they don't perform and I see loc again and I walked past him and he was pissed and said to the promoter "We've been writing new shit because of it" that was all I heard but yeah I think it all points to Daddy X 100%.. Idk tho I wonder what they would keep going for or play some full album shows and put the crew back together and they'd maybe have a chance of survival

I kept researching, obviously Richter was cut, DJ Bobby B was cut, Taxman left, not sure if Lou is still considered a band member. I found several AMA videos on youtube by Richter from about a year ago, he looked really sickly, almost bald, looked like he is 10 years older at least, he did some freestyles and a few old verses also and his voice was barely there. I had no idea about the Dloc Kingmaker project, looks like that is what he has been doing lately. I remember when KMK was releasing album after album not long ago.

KMK usually put on great shows, only saw them once since PAK died, and it was at last years GOTJ, it made me sad.

They seem to be down to Daddy X, D--Loc, & Dirtball, with Chucky Styles as hypeman or something.

Yeah you could tell Daddy X wanted to retire when he tried to sue Zinger.

He talked publicly around that time about "coming home after being on the road for 20 years" and realizing all his money was gone.

X tried to ride off into the sunset with Kevin's money......but it didn't work out, he took a payout, quit Subnoize, then told Krowners not to buy anything with a spade on it cuz KMK were "done dirty" by Zinger.

After reading the statements today from Chucky Chuck it seems KMK imploded over the past few years and there may never be another album. Most of this was obvious, but with this being the closest report from the inside we may ever hear, it looks like this is the end for KMK.

On D-Loc's last "Daily Toke" he touched on it briefly.  Now I know why he said something, its because of that Chucky interview.  I was wondering like, wow he's actually addressing some things.  At the time I didn't know about that Chucky interview.

But yeah, KMK is DONE.  You can just tell when you hear D-Loc talking about it....

Nice find bro.

Loc is comin' off surprisingly grounded in that vid.

I think KMK has hit that phase where they will only do a reunion show and perform if the money is crazy good.

I still can't believe KMK isn't going to be at the gotj.
Haven't they been at every single gotj ever?

I'd have to fact check but that certainly sounds correct afaik. If so, then two acts are missing GOTJ for the first time. Or is it three? Anyways...
